"Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur was my first Four Seasons stay ever, but I expected more from the Four Seasons brand. I feel like the staff was not aware that I booked with an FSPP (Four Seasons Preffered Partner) agent. My room was not upgraded. While I understand room upgrades are subject to availability, but upon checking before check-in, higher category rooms were available, so I do not understand why my room was not upgraded. Moreover, there was no welcome amenity in the room upon arrival. There have been some issues with the In-Room Dining orders. For example I ordered my steak to be cooked medium and it was raw. Also, the steamed vegetables were raw. These were fixed by the staff after telling them these issues. Also, there were some items that have been forgotten even though | ordered them. I believe these are not acceptable in a hotel of such level. When I asked about the Work at Leisure program, such as using monitor in the room I was told there would be a charge for these items. As far as I know in other FS properties these are complimentary to use. As for the breakfast in the restaurant was good, but it was buffet selection only, and I expected some à la carte options too. On the positive side I really liked the comfortable bed, and the Diptyque amenities in the bathroom. Overall it was an okay stay, but the things that were mentioned were not ideal."

"Four Season Hotel Kuala Lumpur has it all, excellent location (next to the iconic KLCC Twin Tower), The location was very convenient, with many attractions, malls & restaurants within walking distance. The Spacious Club King Room has an amazing view of the KLCC Park & its Fountain Pool. The In Room check-in process was efficient with the personal touch from the Guest Relations Team (Didi), the workspace in the room was comfortable, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. The Club King Room offers complimentary access to the executive club lounge. The Executive Club on level 7B, you can enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails / champagne with good / extensive selection of local & international food / canapés as well. The lounge interior & the view of KLCC park and its vicinity view is breathtaking. I would like to thank ALL THE GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM (Executive Club) especially Didi, Nesh, Yun & Sherry. They were amazing, friendly, efficient, professional, super helpful and always had a smile & gave friendly assistance. Bar Trigona Four Season is not to be missed as well. Consistently Voted as one of the BEST BARs IN ASIA. Decadent interior - wrap-around glass windows with dramatic view of the dazzling ultra-modern KLCC cityscape, including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers… just for that added, special, sense of place. Thank you for the amazing “flaming” birthday cake - the nicest & kindest gesture to make my birthday incredibly special & memorable. On level 7A is where most of the facilities are located, including the pools / gym / steam room / sauna & relaxation lounge. Next to the pool is the Pool Bar & Grill serving up light snacks, healthy bites and drinks. Our entire stay from beginning to end was FANTASTIC & FABULOUS. From the above it is clear FOUR SEASON KUALA LUMPUR - you are VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 👍🏻"

"The hotel is pure decadence. A modern day palace. The staff could not do any more for you in terms of what they were already providing. The most amazing service you will ever experience. Can't wait to go back but the stay will be for much longer next time."
