"Having frequented many Four Seasons properties globally, I have come to expect a high standard of excellence, yet the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur managed to surpass even those lofty expectations. What truly distinguished this stay was the staff’s remarkable willingness to cater to my every whim. A particular highlight was the exceptional initiative shown by Hakeem from In-Room Dining on the evening of April 26th. I had taken a liking to several delectable desserts exclusively available at the buffet; Hakeem went above and beyond by arranging for these mouthwatering treats to be delivered directly to my room. To my surprise, he provided them complimentary, as they sat outside the standard in-room menu. It is rare to encounter such intuitive, selfless service. My sincere thanks to Hakeem for transforming a lovely stay into an unforgettable one."

"As ever, the Four Seasons KL didn’t disappoint. The level of service was exceptional and it really feels like coming home each time we go. The fabulous Bryan greeted us and we saw him throughout our stay, checking whether we needed anything and making sure we were happy (which we always were). Marina in the restaurant was just wonderful, making us laugh and delivering fantastic service. We love bar Trigona and had some fab cocktails there. The breakfast is wonderful and every morning we were amazed with the incredible variety of food on offer. We were also lucky enough to experience the exec floor, which was a serene little oasis where we were thoroughly spoiled with snacks, drinks and a lovely breakfast. Our corner suite was just beautiful and had incredible views of KL and the towers. I used the gym most days, which is very well equipped, but if you’re a runner like me, then you have to use the running track in front of the hotel and towers for an unforgettable..if rather sweaty run and experience. If you’re in KL and love a luxury hotel with a truly friendly vibe, then the Four Seasons KL is a must."

Things to improve: I personally think other staff were too focused to entertain international guests instead of locals, which is quite 'racist' to me, hope the manager can be concerned about this matters.
