"Poor bathroom design- washbasin outside bathroom in bedroom (hygiene/noise). Glass panel between shower and bedroom (you'll disturb yourroommate if go to the loo in the night when the light goes on). The hlass is opaque but can make out silhouette so not ideal if not sharing with a partner). At least you cant see through to the loo. Room clean. Kept stocked with drinking water. AC worked well. Breakfast OK. Fruit juice watered down. But plenty of choice - western and Asian. We skipped the hotel breakfast one morning and ate at Yut Kee restaurant as recommended by one of our guides. It's popular for a reason so you may have to wait (they provide seating). Great location. Handy for Dang Wangi metro station. Monorail not far either. Loads of places to eat nearby too, from cheap hawker stalls to western style restaurants/bars. Staff friendly and helpful. Lively rooftop bar though avoid the house white wine."

"The hotel and the rooms are really nice and clean. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful but the breakfast is absolutely shocking. If you get there an hour after it started there’s hardly anything left you ask if there’s any more they say no I ended up having two fried eggs on toast every day for breakfast as that was the only option I could get because there’s always somebody at the egg station if they up the breakfast this could be a really good location also the happy hour cocktails they are not very happy about it. They are so slow. You’re lucky if you get two cocktails within an hour. Sort these two items out this is a nice place to stay."

"Family of 5, two adults and teenagers 13,15,17yrs so needed two rooms. The rooms were next to each other for our 3nights in KL. Welcoming concierge who were polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel in a great location for the main sights of the city just a short taxi/walk. Our rooms were ideal, modern, clean with plenty of storage (strange to have wash basin in room-not in with toilet ). Air con was perfect in the hot city! Breakfast was varied and delicious-a bonus with teenagers. The rooftop pool was a great addition, an opportunity to chill from the sights and heat. The outlook was fab of the skyline. If travelling to KL again I would choose this hotel."
