"Stayed here for three nights before flying over to Borneo. Hotel was perfect for what we needed - it was well located, staff were friendly efficient and rooms were well equipped and a decent size. Buffet breakfast was good and never too busy either. Used the gym and hotel pool and my only adverse comment about all our stay would be that the pool area was busy one day with "conference types" all in sales mode and having meetings there which was a bit of a bore for those of us trying to relax. Would definitely stay here again if we return to KL"

"There is an issue with hotel. The noise overnight from the local nightclubs is persistent, intrusive and beyond the control of the hotel management. Road noise is normal for city centre. Other than the music until 5am, the hotel is a good mid range hotel with comfortable, rooms, reasonable breakfastnice rooftop pool and reasonable gym. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location in the city is fine with good public transport links. Because of the nightclub noise overnight I would it stay again."

"Good hotel, great position. This hotel is located close to the red mrt and the monorail both approximately a 5 minute walk away to each. So easy to get to many locations in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The Pavilion, Berjaya times square, Lalaport shopping malls are all accessible via the monorail between 2 to 5 stops away. - and very cheap. The Quill shopping mall is only a 5 minute walk. Chinatown is only a couple of stops away on the red mrt line. (Whilst at chinatown visit 6mil bakery). The Hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and eateries which range from cheap to expensive. The hotel itself is very good. We were always greeted when entering and exiting with the door often opened for us. The room was a good size with plenty of room for us and our 3 suitcases with a King bed and sofa bed room. The hotel is off on a side street but some traffic noise could be heard during the night but this wasn't a big issue. Our room was always well made up. The infinity pool was located on the roof and had a good view especially at night. However being on the roof pool chairs were limited to one side and hence not many. The breakfast was good but compared to other hotels in asia we've stayed at, not as extensive as we had hope - there was the usual egg station, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, muffins, hot dishes etc. Coffee was from a machine which will disappoint if you like a good coffee. It was because we were comparing the pool and breakfast (especcially) to previous hotels that stopped us giving it a 5 star."
