We stayed at the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur as part of a family get-together to celebrate my 70th birthday, and it was the perfect choice for such a special occasion. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. A special mention must go to Mandy at the Horizon Bar, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She consistently provided outstanding service on every visit, always greeting us with a warm smile and making us feel welcome. Mandy remembered our preferred drinks and food orders, which added a personal touch to our experience and made us feel truly valued as guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on our family. The location, facilities, and overall quality of service exceeded our expectations and helped make my 70th birthday celebration a truly memorable occasion. "I know this is beginning to get boring because after coming to this hotel for more than twenty five years, I still have nothing other than praise. This time we stayed in premier suite 2313 (a special request). The room is luxurious, the bed super comfortable and the pillows to die for. This room provides access to the Horizon Club and we urge everyone to choose a club room if they can because the advantages of the club room add so much extra to the warm special comfortable stay experience. The main feeling we get when we come here is that everyone from front door onwards want to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. The staff in the club room are the very best at demonstrating this. So this time are special thanks to Mr Desmond Alexander, who arranged our room request and ensured that we were being well looked after, Noryati and her staff: Azizi, Ina, Thela, Zaidi, Nizam, Shahrizal, Syafiq… (and thanks to anyone I’ve forgotten).
