"Location, not the best, just across a shopping mall Breakfast, limited, nothing compared w the Hilton breakfast. They have freshly squeezed juices but using a high speed juicer, better use the slow juicer, better quality. Also instead of prequeezed juice, they should do like the breakfast at Hilton Cologne Germany where you do the juice yourself on their juicer from fresh carrots, beets, apple, celery. I request for a change of the breakfast restaurant but the front desk refuse even if we were tried of their same same breakfast for 3 straight days. 😩 The clothes hangers need replacement"

"Although we don’t ordinarily post online reviews, there are occasions when a stay is deserving of mention (positive or otherwise) that it becomes almost obligatory — and as long‑standing Sofitel loyalty guests and Accor Diamond members, our consistently exceptional and faultless stays, in particular at the incredible Sofitel City Centre Singapore and now our inaugural stay at Sofitel Damansara Kuala Lumpur, make this one such moment. We are happy to share a terrific review of our recent stay, which was truly memorable thanks to the comforts provided and the attentive staff who were consistently present, responsive, and available whenever needed. We will certainly be returning and highly recommend this hotel. Our stay was wonderful overall. The personal attention given to the matters that arose, by those in management who genuinely mattered and were present (namely Jennifer and Rengga) meant a great deal to us. Any situation that required attention was resolved promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Front Office Manager Rengga’s availability at every turn, day in and day out, was exceptional. His dedication and outstanding customer service was evident in the way he attended to every request and need, even on occasions when he was not physically on the premises. Management who were not present nor responsive, should commend him. We genuinely believe he is an asset to the brand. Thank you Rengga! The club team led by Egma and Rachana, along with Vino, Anishma, Ratha, Hanafi, Harini, and chefs Iman and Zan, all deserve accolades for their meticulous, thoughtful, and consistently excellent work. CK, who attended to us personally during a celebratory dinner for my wife’s birthday, also deserves special mention. The entire housekeeping team, together with Kajal, were superb. Last but by no means least, a very big thanks to Jennifer, Director of Finance and acting General Manager, who was outstanding. Her support, and above all availability, and graciousness in stepping in where others did not, was invaluable. The lovely departure gift from both Jennifer and Rengga was truly memorable and a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the comforts provided, the warmth of the staff, and the exceptional service, made our stay very enjoyable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel."

"Stayed 5 days 4 nights in 1705. Had an amazing stay. Special shoutout to Mr Renga, Cassy, Peshvin, Haziq, Fuad, Paul from Hskp, and the other 2 bell men I missed taking their names. Room was cleaned in a timely manner, hskp paid special attention to our requirements Had breakfast for 1 day and it was sufficient. Will definitely be coming back the next time we're in KL"

"We stayed at Sofitel Damansara and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, making it a comfortable retreat from the bustle of the city, yet it remains conveniently located with shopping malls and dining options within a short walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel’s facilities were up to the standard expected of the Sofitel brand. Service throughout the stay was generally good, with staff being courteous and helpful whenever assistance was needed. A special mention goes to the lounge staff, coinerge and Kajal from the housekeeping team, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail helped make the stay more enjoyable. The parking rate is RM10 per exit, regardless of how many days you parked there without exiting. Overall, a solid choice for both business and leisure travellers looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to nearby amenities."
