"This hotel is awesome. The rooms are so big, with great city view and if you are above level 8 you can see the Petronas Tower from your room. The food is the best we have experienced in a hotel so far. The Staff are so great! The best receptionist was MAS. She was such a lovely person! We will definitely come back. Great location - easy walk to the Pavilion Mall."

"This was my second stay at The RuMa Hotel Kuala Lumpur and once again, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
