"I chose the Traders Twin Club room with a Petronas Twin Towers view specifically for our conference trip, as I was searching for the perfect executive room with a sweet spot and a stunning view. The experience was flawless from the start. The moment we stepped out of our taxi, I informed the hotel attendant that our room included lounge access. They immediately told us to head straight up to the 32nd-floor reception to avoid the crowded main lobby. At the 32nd floor, the reception team asked us to sit down, served us drinks, and kindly explained that these were free and complimentary for the entire duration of our stay. The receptionist was wonderful and mentioned he was half-Filipino but had never been to the Philippines, so we had a really nice conversation exchanging a few stories before heading up. When I opened the door to my room, I was completely in awe and honestly too stunned to speak. The view of the Petronas Towers right from window was absolutely breathtaking. I do not drink alcohol, so we did not visit any bars or try the evening cocktails, but the exclusive access to the executive lounge area was still perfect for our trip. Both the hotel breakfast and the room service dining were really delicious. The only downside is that my loyalty points from this stay still have not shown up on my Shangri-La app, which is frustrating, but the actual hotel experience itself was absolutely perfect."

"This property located at the heart of KLCC, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants and next to a beautiful park. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room is well presented and comfortable."

"Stayed in a Traders Club Twin Towers view room. Arriving at night and seeing the towers all lit up from our room was amazing. The club lounge access that came with this was wonderful. Attentive friendly staff, calm leisurely breakfasts, afternoon tea, all day snacks, cocktail hours. And all in a great location, what more could you want."

"Nice hotel. We stayed on the Executive Lounge level so we could use the Traders Club facilities. We checked in at the Traders Club and Iqbal was outstanding. Very helpful and got us a couple of glasses of wine after our long journey. He also got us some nibbles which meant we didn't have to go out to eat. The room was large and had a chaise lounge. The bed was large and comfy. The safe was not that easy to use. There was a great view from the Traders Club lounge. Free drink and nibbles although no cocktails as we've had in other similar lounges. There were spirits and mixers as well as wines. They also offer a buffet afternoon tea. There's a free buggy service from the hotel to the nearby shopping mall which you will want to use as it's extremely hot. The buggy service doesn't have a schedule but it pretty regular. No where to stand or sit in the shade while you wait for it though. There's a swimming pool on the top floor which is also a bar. If you go before breakfast, it's pretty empty. There's live music at the bar in the evening. We went up for a drink to enjoy the entertainment - singer plus wondering if anyone was gong to fall in the pool as they walked past as there wasn't a lot of room. if on the executive level, you could either eat in the Traders Club or in the main restaurant. We tried both. A wider selection of food in the main restaurant but it was a lot quieter and more civilised in the club."
