"Honestly, we really enjoyed our stay at Trader KL. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. Mr. Oliver was especially lovely, he was warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made a really good first impression. Our room was comfortable and clean, and of course, the view was a highlight. Waking up to the KL skyline was such a nice touch. The location is also hard to beat, especially with KLCC just nearby. We loved that there’s a complimentary buggy service to KLCC too! Such a simple thing, but very convenient. We also had a great meal at Gobo Chit Chat. There was a good variety of food and everything we tried was really tasty. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and we never felt like we were left wanting for anything. Overall, it was one of those stays where everything just came together ❤️ great location, lovely service, comfortable room, and good food. We left feeling happy and well taken care of, and we’d definitely come back again!"

"Just an absolute pleasure and even better the second time around. We first came here 15 years ago as a couple and we had such great memories. Needless to say it did not disappoint and was even better the second time around. We had a family room facing the petronas towers which was an absolute treat - floor to ceiling windows and such a great view. The room was just perfect. Breakfast was stand out - fantastic choice - great staff and an egg station to die for… The bar was just a pleasure and again overlooking petronas towers with a swimming pool as well. The staff were attentive and the whole experience was a joy. So glad we came back. We will be back again"

"The hotel is very comfortable and, overall, has great service. The suites with a view of the Twin Towers are spacious and extremely comfortable, and what a view! The swimming area is most pleasant at sunrise, when it is mostly empty and quiet. The breakfast is very good, and the warmth of the front staff is commendable. The experience at the Club was extremely pleasant: Oliver and the team made us feel welcome with their warm, professional gestures. iI recommend Traders for its overall quality and location but also for the fantastic service I experienced."

"Room was spacious and clean. Staffs were attentive and maintain professional at all times. The best was Housekeeping staffs who keeps the room and hallway clean, and Club Lounge staffs led by Mr. Oliver who made me and family felt so welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast was Awesome! Will come back and recommend to others, for sure. One down side: rooms always fully booked!"

He consistently goes the extra mile, often working well beyond his official hours , even stepping in to cover for other staff when needed and to ensure each day closes with the utmost professionalism.
