"Our stay at the The St. Regis Langkawi was excellent overall and truly defined by the outstanding quality of the service. What impressed us most was how genuinely professional and well-trained the staff were. Too often in luxury hospitality, kindness can sometimes compensate for limited efficiency — but not here. The team was exceptionally competent, reactive, attentive, and consistently warm. Every interaction felt natural, polished, and sincere. The food and beverage offering was another major highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with high-quality products and careful execution. The beach dinner experience is particularly worth mentioning and should not be missed during a stay at the resort. The rooms are comfortable, pleasant, and very well maintained. The overall atmosphere of the property is relaxing and elegant without feeling overly formal. The beach itself is beautiful and contributes greatly to the peaceful ambiance of the resort. The few weaker points are more intangible and relate mostly to the destination itself rather than the hotel. The sea has a somewhat lagoon-like appearance and waters that may not match the crystal-clear expectations some travelers have of tropical islands. In addition, Kuah town, located very close to the resort, is not particularly tourism-oriented and offers relatively limited tourist infrastructure or charm outside the resort environment. Overall, The St. Regis Langkawi delivers a very high-end hospitality experience with remarkable service quality, excellent dining, and a serene setting. A wonderful choice for travelers looking for comfort, professionalism, and relaxation."

"Our experience at the St.Regis Langkawi was perfect from start to end. The beauty of the location is not captured in pictures, the beach and view is stunning, the food is a standout, everything we ate at each restaurant was outstanding, we had 2 dinners at Kayuputi which was very special. The most exceptional part was the service of the staff. everyone we came into contact with was amazing, warm, welcoming and we have never been so looked after. "We had a wonderful 3 days staycation with my wife in that lovely hotel. Only 80+ rooms so it's really calm and quiet, perfect for Honeymoon vibes and taking time for ourselves. The room is beautiful, the hotel too and the private beach just like in a dream. The staff is the best. The butler was very nice and helpful and everyone was super friendly. They even sang a song when we left. Wonderful breakfast both buffet and A la carte. Fully equipped gym. Will be back"
