"The only way to describe our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Maldives is sheer perfection. It was our first time in the Maldives and this resort lived up to every expectation we had and more. The restaurants were all outstanding, the spa was beautiful and the snorkelling was fantastic (the nurse shark trip was a particular highlight). But far and beyond all of this, it is the incredibly dedicated and hardworking team of staff working at the resort that makes it truly special. Every member of staff we came across was so kind, helpful and engaging especially Melody at breakfast / Li long who went out of his way for us at every opportunity (and is now a firm friend of our 11 year old son bonding over diving / sharks). Most importantly of all though an extra special mention for our wonderful host Anna who went above and beyond every single day for us, she truly is a super star. Working tirelessly with the perfect balance of professionalism and genuine kindness."
