"Beautiful luxurious hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Very comfortable quiet rooms and hotel in general has everything for a very enjoyable stay. During our stay there was a concert taking place close to the hotel and when the balcony doors were closed there was no sound at all in the room. All the staff were friendly, helpful, civil and pleasant at all times. Pool area is excellent and walking through the beautiful gardens is another lovely experience. The hotel is only a short walk to main thoroughfare in Valletta. Have stayed here twice and will certainly return for a third visit."

The ancient location, the old building itself, the harbour panorama view are stunning. "This was our first time in Malta and we chose The Phoenicia to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. The location is superb to visit the amazing Valletta and Three Cities and with the transport hub virtually on the doorstep it is easy to get access to the rest of Malta. The hotel is one of the very best we have ever stayed in, from the minute you walk in you experience the luxury and magic this hotel offers. The decor of the hotel and rooms are so opulent yet homely and comfortable. Everything we experienced from the luxury bathroom products through to the exceptional food and drinks offerings were definitely value for money. All the staff from the housekeeping through to the restaurant , pool, bar, spa and management made our stay so very special nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely be back"
