From arranging my spa appointment, to organizing our full-day speedboat experience and all its activities, to arranging our visit to the city and the local market, he was always there to assist us with every detail. What stood out the most was when I asked him for a recommendation for a local restaurant. He immediately understood what we were looking for and recommended one of the best seafood restaurants we experienced during our trip. It was a truly unique dining experience and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Bassil was always responsive, quick to assist, and made sure we had all the information we needed.
