"Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Communication before the trip was fantastic and left my wife at ease. The room was the nicest we've ever stayed in. Beautiful views all around. AC cranked. Room service was great and the kids loved the food. The staff was very genuine and helpful. Beach was clean and swimmable. Easy access to lots of fun stuff, right next to the marina and the mall. Particular thanks to Emmanuel, Jesus, Javier and Jose in guest services, Edson and Martin at the pool bar! We have never been treated so well!"

"1 Homes Cabo is a beautiful resort and an ultimate experience in concierge excellence. The staff was the nicest and most helpful that I have ever experienced. Jose, Javier, Japhet, Brandin, and all the other staff were outstanding and super attentive. They provide toiletries on request, provide great off site places to visit on request and take concierge services to a whole new level. The daytime and nighttime room attendants kept our room spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. And being right on the marina made it so easy to walk to places for local dinner and bar visits. "We had an incredible stay at 1 Homes Preview Cabo in early August 2026. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcomed and truly taken care of. The service throughout the property was exceptional, and the attention to detail really made our stay memorable. A special shoutout to Martin, Edson, and Abel at the pool and beach bar. They went above and beyond every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine hospitality were outstanding. They remembered our preferences, checked in on us throughout the day, and always did it with a smile. They truly made the pool and beach experience feel special. The rest of the hotel staff were equally wonderful — professional, warm, and incredibly accommodating. It was clear that creating a great guest experience is a priority throughout the property. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly suited for a Cabo getaway.
