"Great location in a beautiful hotel. Our butler team, Victor & Jacob, were really on top of things. They were very responsive. I had asked for a drip coffee maker because I like to bring my own coffee. They made sure it was there in the room when I arrived. They arranged transportation for my husband & I as well as my daughter & partner. My daughter forgot something in the room after she left for the airport and they helped in the coordination to get it back to her. "This was our third time at Viceroy Cabo. We are never disappointed. This last trip, GeGe was our server at the pool; he was amazing! So dedicated to his job and just a great guy! We had two 2-hour massages during our stay. Both of mine were with Jose Justo; so fantastic!!! My husband’s massage was by Scarlett; also a great experience. Throughout the resort the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend staying here."
