"Amazing service from all the staff we encountered. Room was perfect for my family of 3. Our toddler was provided a crib and some goodies to help get our vacation off to a good start. They went out of their way to make sure we were catered to the entire time - they even made sure we were stocked with whole milk for my toddler! Pools were great. Food was delicious and fresh. They had a kids activity center that had lots of activities for kids of all ages. We took advantage of babysitting services onsite and Juanita took amazing care of our little one while we enjoyed dinner. We went during a not so busy week and really enjoyed not being at a super crowded resort. They didn’t have a Four Seasons Punta Mita branded coconut for a photo I wanted to take, but that was probably poor planning on my part (they just needed a little more time) and likely because it was a slower week. Dos Catrinas was a place we frequented for breakfast. Yadira had my juice order down after a day. :) It was a perfect vacation. Splurge if you’re able - it’s worth it."

"I honestly wonder if the high ratings are from people who don’t typically stay at 5 star resorts. This resort was bad. So bad. The only reason for two stars is the punta mita beach and views were incredible. Let’s start with the service-it was shockingly bad. Try asking someone for a drink at the bar. You’ll get an “uno minuto” (if they don’t ignore you) and if they do finally come back, the service is slow, attitude is awful, and food as average at best. Everyone of the employees seems annoyed, exhausted, overworked, and pissed off. Clearly there is an upper management problem. The grounds are well kept but rooms are old, some lights don’t work, little things like the shampoo and conditioner are NOT the actual Brand and obviously a fake filled Perfumed watered down version. Last year we stayed at Four Seasons in LA which is also old but service was incredible and food was good. This literally made Me never want to stay at a Four Seasons again. We thought it was just us so we started asking around and everyone reported the same feedback-awful customer service, bad attitudes, average food, and that you’re way better off at the One and Only if you want a true 5 star experience in Punta Mita. We now call it 2 Seasons and I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another Four Seasons again. Oh wait wait I forgot about this-KIDS CLUB. We walk in and there are maybe only 3 kids in there yet the staff looked at us as though we are crazy for wanting to drop off the kids without a reservation. I have never heard of needing a reservation at a kids club within a 5 star resort. Oh goodness another thing-breakfast buffet-low quality and they kept running out of food. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets bought out and renamed Hilton or Marriott in a few years."

"This is a beautiful property on a stunning stretch of coastline and loaded with luxury amenities- but what really stood out was the warmth and hospitality extended by every member of the staff. Special gratitude to Edgar and Lauro at the bell desk, Jonathan poolside, Rafael at the beach, and the housekeeping staff. Dinner at the Anamara restaurant is an absolute must - it is world class fine dining with exceptional flavor. The Cuban band playing in the adjacent bar made for a lively way to end each evening. Bahia restaurant was also delicious for a more casual evening with impeccable views. The property clearly makes a family friendly environment a top priority; our group of adults certainly would have preferred if the main (infinity) pool with gorgeous views was reserved for adults and the children-friendly pool located elsewhere. However if you’re looking for a family-first experience this is a good setup."

"Came to Punta Mita in July to celebrate my partners birthday with some friends. It’s low season (due to the heat and humidity) and the hotel was probably at about 50% capacity. Despite the low-season my friends and I have had a spectacular time. EVERYONE at this property is extremely welcoming and particularly friendly. How they continue to serve the guests under such difficult weather conditions is beyond me, yet they somehow pull it off. Edgar from the bell desk was particularly welcoming and made an excellent first impression which got our trip off to an excellent start. His crew were very helpful and took us to and from our room as needed. Amarana restaurant was phenomenal. Hearty Asian flare is not something I would have expected to enjoy while it Mexico but it was fantastic. We loved the live music and ambiance. Our room was well apportioned with a view of the ocean and an easy walk to the pool and beach. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this property when the weather is a little more comfortable."

"Wow wow wow. Stunningly beautiful Pacific Ocean views. Amazing food. Everyone was so incredibly nice. Lots of (free) activities - yoga, nature walks, smores, cooking lessons, even fishing. Incredible spa facilities and gym. I loved our room which was on the water with soaking tub. Great music in the bar/lounge area. Several restaurants to choose from. It is very pricey. But if you can swing the cost, worth the splurge for a special weekend. Once I was here, I didn’t feel the need to take any excursions. Just being here, reading poolside, at the beach, in a spa soaking tub… all of it amazing."
