"We’re a couple of days in to our trip and the experience so far has been absolutely amazing. The whole property feels very new and the deluxe suite is really quite breathtaking (v much worth it)! Normally I’d try and call out some of the staff members but it would be so hard as everyone in all areas had been amazing! "Highly recommend! This is probably one of my favorite hotels in the world. Every detail has been thought of and they treat each guest like kings/queens. So many thoughtful touches allow you to truly relax. The patio in each room is quite private and a very usable outdoor space. The gym facilities are top notch with 3 different areas for yoga, interval training, and strength/cardio machine areas. The outdoor pool has an amazing view of the mountains, making it a space you don’t want to leave. I enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel after a busy day out in Marrakech. Reda took excellent care of us at breakfast, making sure we got our favorite Msemen pancakes each morning. Youssif made sure our dinners on the patio were special. The hotel allowed us to check in to our room very early after our flight landed at 7am. This was an unexpected but very appreciated generosity."
