"The hotel was excellent overall. Starting out, we arrived and the hotel staff immediately took our bags to deliver to our rooms. They got us checked in and gave us a tour of the hotel. Once in the room, Jordan arrived with our bags and gave us some more information about Amsterdam and its history. An amazing introduction to the city. We ate at the Marie Brasserie that evening. Wonderful views and even more amazing food. The staff was also fantastic. Overall, we have to come back. It was phenomenal."

Our Junior Suite overlooking the river and canals was beautifully appointed, offering stunning views that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel perfectly blends historic elegance with modern comfort. Despite being a historic property, everything felt fresh, immaculate, and exceptionally well maintained. The marble bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous—classic, timeless, and luxurious. One of the highlights of our stay was ending each evening at Freddy’s Bar with a cocktail. It has a wonderful atmosphere and was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. What truly sets De L’Europe apart, however, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. A beautiful luxury hotel with timeless charm, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

Kelly at the front desk, Mo helping us get situated and giving us a tour of the hotel and Jordan at the front door always with a smile and going the extra mile to help us get where we needed to go.
