"We had the most amazing experience staying at QT Auckland. Arvin looked after us from the moment we arrived, checking us in for a fun girls night! He had gone out of his way to surprise and delight us for our movie night in with a lovely card and delicious snacks and ensured we had a special stay. Not only are the rooms stunning and unique, the team really goes out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. We dined at Esther and had one of the best meals I have had all year and the vibes were high with a full restaurant on a Saturday night. I will certainly be back, and I can’t thank Arvin enough for making our stay so special."

"We only stayed one night but had a comfortable enough stay. The staff were very good, from checkin to checkout. We had a drink at the top floor, which had great views of the harbour. Unfortunately there were two private parties going on, which made for a lot of noise. So not so relaxing. The room we had was on the first floor, overlooking Fanshawe St. It was quite noisy. The room itself was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. One downside was how bright the AC panel was. It was an absolute beacon at night. We covered it up with a towel as best we could but it still shone through two layers. We also had breakfast at the Esther Restaurant, which was very nice. Overall, a comfortable enough stay at a good location."

"We had the most wonderful weekend at QT Auckland, celebrating our anniversary with our two young adult children. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience was just fantastic and we really appreciated the early check-in in particular, thank you again. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed and incredibly welcoming, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. It was the perfect place to switch off, spend some quality time together and enjoy being away as a family. And the food…wow! We absolutely loved it. The Restaurant of the Month experience was a real highlight. The food was exquisite and made the weekend feel even more special. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better family break. QT has such a fun, vibrant and welcoming feel, and we left feeling completely spoilt and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you QT Auckland for such a memorable weekend , we loved every minute! ❤️"

"We went to this hotel to see what it was like. We love QT Wellington and went to Auckland just to check out this hotel. Room 501. If you don't mind a room where the floor is not level; you only get 2 towels (I have long hair and use 2 when showering), only have room for one open suitcase on the floor, and don't mind sleeping 6 feet from the bathroom fan - which they leave on 24/7 and you can't turn off. It may just be this room but we have never been so disappointed. We had to buy earplugs to be able to sleep the 2nd night. The lighting is very minimal too - so at night it's hard to find things. Reception said there was nothing they could do about the room even though the hotel was pretty empty. The standard room in Auckland is way smaller than Wellington. Don't pay extra for breakfast (we paid $60) as there is no buffet, and the biggest meal is two poached eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and a small tomato on bread., That and a coffee - you're better to go down the road and spend $30 at the Viaduct. The people in the restaurants were wonderful. The cleaners were wonderful. 5/5 for people. 1/5 for the room. Room 501..... only accept it if you are partially hard of hearing and in a group of one."
