We had a very very noisy guest in the room opposite us - he was coughing loudly and consistently and obviously unaware of the disturbance to others. "We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. After a long flight, we were greeted with a warm welcome, which was much appreciated. We had booked through Booking.com, staff friendly and accommodating. As we were two couples, we requested rooms next to each other, and that was arranged for us. We didn’t make much use of the hotel facilities, as its location is perfect for exploring the city. However, I did visit the gym, which was clean and well-equipped. The valet parking service worked smoothly, and overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area!"

A special shout-out to Aaron Hutchins, Front Office Manager, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. Without us even asking, he upgraded us to a top-floor suite, which was such a lovely and unexpected surprise and really set the tone for the whole stay. The location is fantastic — central, convenient, and easy to get everywhere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, and the hotel overall was beautifully maintained.
