"An excellent stay at the W Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The buffet breakfast stands out as a highlight — the freshly made croissants, pain au chocolat and pain Suisse were exceptional, a real testament to the skill of the Sri Lankan pastry chef. The pool area is stunning, immaculately maintained and always inviting. A special mention goes to Emmanuel, who oversees the breakfast team with great attentiveness and professionalism. Equally deserving of recognition is his cousin — also Emmanuel — stationed at the pool, who went above and beyond throughout our stay: always on hand with fresh water and thoughtful gestures, including surprising us with a complimentary mocktail. The spa attendant was similarly warm and welcoming. Despite a quiet period at the hotel, the quality of service never wavered. "We decided to drive down from Dubai for a short getaway to Muscat, and from the moment we arrived at W Muscat, we felt genuinely welcomed. It was my first visit in over a decade, and while Muscat itself has evolved beautifully, the W Muscat truly elevated the overall experience. Our room was stylish, comfortable, and very well appointed. The pool and hotel grounds were well maintained, creating a relaxing and visually appealing environment throughout our stay. The dining experience will no doubt improve once all outlets are fully open; however we chose to go out and explore the variety of nearby options. What really sets this hotel apart is their team - professional, consistently warm, and highly attentive. The breakfast team, in particular, were a delight to see each morning. The hotel also managed the balance of service during the holy month of Ramadan with great care and respect. A special highlight was the vibrant evening Iftar experience during our stay. We won’t be waiting another 10 years before returning to Muscat, and we already know W Muscat will be our first choice for the visit."

"Iftar at W Muscat is highly recommended. The venue is spacious and offers a wide variety of buffet options, making it a perfect place to gather with friends for a special occasion. The food selection is diverse and delicious, especially the sushi, live grilled meat and seafood, shawarma, live pasta, and a variety of sweet Arabic and international desserts. The beautiful view and the friendly staff made the atmosphere very comfortable and enjoyable. It was a truly lovely iftar experience and definitely worth trying."
