"Rooms are very spacious and well designed. Outstanding service from the check in process to the butler service ( best feature of this hotel) to housekeeping. Very quiet; elegant hotel; and very personalized service. Everyone is so responsive and helpful from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. Staff greet you by your name. Problems are quickly addressed. Will be retuning next month for another extended stay."
