"We lived the hotel, the bedroom, and the staff. Staff in the bar downstairs were super lovely and staff at breakfast could not do more for you. We loved the spa, but must say that we were disappointed with member of staff on the SPA, she was rude and cold. Despite paying over 88 pounds for 60 minutes massage, she refused to put the essential oils they advertise, saying I should have told her before. Also massage was poor, very strong on legs which was good but no experience in massaging back and shoulders and to make the experience relaxing or therapeutical. I couldn't even know if the massage finished or not, of how inexperienced the girl was. Very disappointing. We would definitely go back to the hotel but we will do massages and wellness therapies somewhere else."

"Not knowing what they are serving. Bringing the wrong food to the table. Readjusting the food as a different meal after rejection. Warm water at the table. Waitress argues. Expensive for no service. Left without a meal. Manager arrogant. Noise environment, not able to talk at the table. Allergies not considered. DO NOT GO!!!!!"

"We stayed for 3 nights in room 300 a luxury suite. I will start with the negative hence only 4 stars from me. The room was very noisy and not noise from outside but from the room above ! ! I understand that is an historic building but there’s no sound proofing. We were lucky enough that only one night out of the 3 someone was in the room above us. You could hear them talking as if they were in the room with us ! I would not expect that for a 450 GBP a night room. No “noise privacy “ at all. We had to turn the TV on and open the window to let the street noise cover the talking of the people in the room above . Good thing is that we asked the reception for earplugs and we had a good night sleep in the end. Pillows are soft and now easy to sleep on. Positives : big spacious suite, air con ( but only in one of the 2 rooms worked but was fine ) , bathrobes , slippers, Aqua di Parma toiletries ( fixed to the wall) , good hair drier, tea and coffee facilities in the room ( we asked for milk too and was provided immediately) , good tasty food at breakfast (choice of buffet and order from the menu ) , iron and board . We arranged an airport transfer with the hotel on way in , but on way out we took a Bolt right from behind the hotel ( there’s a small square with fountains ), and the Bolt ended up being under 1/3 of the price of the hotel transfer. I initially heard that taxis do not come to the hotel due to old town restrictions but that’s not the case. I would have just taken an Uber / Bold on way in too otherwise. Great location. We used the spa changing rooms to change later in the day we left . The hotel kept our suitcases safe for a few hours."

"Well, we certainly got lucky with this one. It's about as close to the main square as it's possible to get without actually being on it. On the other side of the block is Szczepański square which has some really good restaurants. In fact almost every building in the area is a bar, cafe or restaurant. Gorgeous design, very spacious and comfortable, all the amenities you could want with absolutely no fuss. We had a lovely big room at the front with a sort of shared balcony, but all the noise from the bars below disappeared with the doors shut. We didn't eat in the restaurant or have breakfast there so can't comment, but spent a fair bit of time in the rooftop bar and had a couple of snacks which were excellent. Loved it."
