At 15 Poznańska Street in Warsaw's Śródmieście district, a turn-of-the-century neoclassical townhouse — its facade ornamented with shell cartouches, Ionic pilasters, and a balustrated first-floor balcony that survived the upheavals of the twentieth century more or less intact — was converted into H15 Boutique Hotel, one of the Polish capital's more considered attempts to reconcile pre-war architectural character with contemporary hospitality design. The building's street presence carries the formal confidence of early Warsaw modernism, warm light spilling through the arched entrance portal at dusk in a way that reads more private residence than commercial property. Inside, the interiors navigate a deliberate range of registers. The restaurant works the original plasterwork hard — coffered ceilings, deep cornice mouldings, Ionic columns painted white against dusty-rose walls — pairing those inherited bones with velvet bucket chairs in olive and coral, brass-legged occasional tables, and a Serge Mouille-style multi-arm pendant that anchors the room in mid-century reference. The glass-roofed courtyard, lined in black-and-white checkerboard tile and planted with tall standard trees in oversized white vessels, introduces an almost Surrealist stillness to the building's heart. Guest rooms split between two distinct moods: one category leans into warm walnut panelling, black steel four-poster frames, and Bestlite-style wall lamps; another deploys taupe velvet headboards, deep navy quilts, and a circular chrome-framed sky photograph that gives each room an unexpected note of levity.

"The suite was huge, well equipped with coffee, tea , drinks etc. comfortable bes and bedding - not too much noise from the street due to the triple glazing. The bathroom was tiny though - compared with the sitting area, you can hardly dry yourself in the bathroom ! But nice toiletreis and thick towels to make up for the size. the staff were super helpful and the breakfast spread very nice."

"Very enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable, well soundproofed and very clean, and the housekeeping team was efficient and friendly. The hotel staff were professional and helpful at every stage. A big plus for breakfast high quality, everything fresh and tasty. The restaurant is also excellent. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. You can easily get around on foot, and if needed it’s quick to use Bolt or Uber. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Within a 10–15 minute walk you can reach the Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw Central Railway Station, and the mall "Złote Tarasy" shopping mall. Finally, the hotel has its own underground parking, which is a great convenience."

"Good location, clean rooms and quality breakfast. The breakfast doesn’t have the widest selection, but everything available on the buffet and the menu is fresh and good. Easy to adapt for gluten free."

"H15 Hotel is a luxurious, small hotel in a residential area. We checked in late about 9:00 pm. David at the FD gave us an upgraded room, apartment suite. It was very upscale with separate bedroom, sofa, 2 TVs, wetbar, and unaccustomed roominess. I immediately saw an unprecedented physical problem: Very high side of bathtub. I was very careful and did not slip. My wife, however, slipped getting out and landed hard on her left arm and wrist. As of Nov 15, about 3 weeks later, she is beginning to use her left hand and arm without pain. The wonderful breakfast is both buffet and ala carte. The setting is in a light-filled atrium. Service is unbeatable. It was never crowded the 3 times we went for breakfast. The main boulevard, Marszałkowska, is nearby and many shops and restos are available. I got a haircut along the street. One of the best restos on this trip is just across the street, Prodiz Warszawski. It was so good and convenient that we went twice."

"My name is Roberto Moretti, Ambassador Bonvoy member and Platinum Lifestyle with over 900 hotel nights. I booked this hotel for 3 nights from November 19th to 22nd, 2025, and I booked their presidential suite. For sure One of the worst hotels I've ever seen. The service is terrible, embarrassingly unprofessional. The management is shameful. The conditions of the room when I arrived were disgusting, it felt like I was in a run-down 3-star hotel. 1 - window broken and left open with the bedroom temperature around 14 degrees. 2 - power outlet detached from the wall, with silicone outside and electricity that came intermittently causing sparks between the wires (absolutely third world). 3- The technician who fixed the broken things, finishing at 8pm, left pieces of sheet metal on the floor in the room. Everything is documented in the photos. Finally I get the room at 9 pm 4 - Both smart tv are not working I then asked to change rooms and the response was: we don't have another room in this category, this is our best; I then asked to speak to a manager and the response was: There is no manager, the first one can contact you tomorrow... I then specified that I wanted to be met at 2.30 pm in my room. To my great surprise, the next day the manager didn't show up for the appointment, he didn't warn me or call me, in short he didn't give a damn. At check-in (carried out by a gentleman in training), they didn't even mention that I was a Bonvoy member. This hotel is completely outside of Marriott standards, outside of international 5-star standards, and is a completely run-down establishment. The general manager, Mr. Jacek Suchenek, is completely incapable of managing it or maintaining its standards. I just want as many travelers as possible to stay away from this establishment, which, aside from the fake awards, is run-down, non-luxury, and completely lacking in service. I hope that Marriott removes this structure, the incompetents who work there. I hope that after opening a complaint about the safety of the electrical socket and reporting it to the Ministry of Tourism and the embassy, they considering the absolute non-compliance with the standards of a 5-star hotel, the ministry will send inspectors to downgrade it to its original level. Stay away and don't let your money get stolen here. The only real 5-star hotel in Warsaw is unfortunately the Raffles."
