The food and beverage spaces, by contrast, commit fully to the Nobu aesthetic: the restaurant lined with honey-toned timber cabinetry, fluted wood screens, and dark veined marble at the open kitchen counter, while the sake bar deploys backlit shelving stacked with ceramic barrels and coloured bottles in an arrangement that functions as much as installation as inventory.
