"Overall, I had a good stay at The Bridge, but there are a few things that could be improved. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, which I would recommend, as it offered a beautiful view. The room looks quite industrial in the photos, but it actually feels warm and cozy. I especially liked the electric candles. However, cleanliness could have been better. There was dust on the coffee table when I arrived, and it was still there after housekeeping cleaned the room. Breakfast was very good overall. One morning there was freshly squeezed orange juice, while the next morning it was replaced with regular packaged juice. I appreciated the large glasses, as many hotels only provide very small ones. On the day with the fresh juice, a staff member kindly asked if I wanted another glass, but unfortunately brought me the regular juice instead. Eggs Benedict was also quite different from the classic recipe. The breakfast room gets very busy later in the morning, but the hotel clearly warns guests about this and recommends coming earlier. I paid an extra fee (around €30–35) to check in two hours early. Many hotels would not charge for such a short early check-in, but I also understand that using the room longer has a cost, so I have no real complaint about that. The restaurant is very good. Service is efficient, and the food ranges from good to excellent. The cocktails were good but a bit simple and not very generous. It also seemed that only the cocktails on the menu could be ordered. One thing I really disliked was the way hotel extras are handled. At check-in, I was asked whether I wanted to set up an account for restaurant and other charges. I declined without thinking, not realizing this meant I would lose a large number of Accor points, since I ended up spending almost as much in the restaurant as I did on the room. I would much rather be able to pay everything at check-out without having to decide in advance how much I might spend. I understand this may be common practice in Poland, but it is unusual elsewhere. It feels like a policy that benefits the hotel more than the guest and gives the impression that guests are not trusted. To me, it feels unnecessarily cheap. Finally, I was disappointed by the "MyBed" claim. The hotel's official website states that every room includes a MyBed, and the confirmation email I received also mentioned MyBed. Since The Bridge is part of Accor, guests naturally expect the same MyBed found in Sofitel hotels. I can confidently say this is not the case. The difference was obvious the moment I got into bed, and I even checked the mattress to be sure. It is clearly not a Sofitel MyBed. If this is a mistake, it is a strange one, especially since every room category mentions it. Using the "MyBed" name for a completely different bed within the same hotel chain is misleading and reflects poorly on the hotel's professionalism."

"Our stay at The Bridge Wroclaw - M Gallery Collection was as perfect as can be. From checkin to checkout it was sheer bliss. Apart from the amazing location ... which is in such a charming part of the old town ... the service, staff, food and amenities were superb. We stayed for 7 nights so we experienced the hotel properly and can judge well. The room was wonderful ... spacious, very modern and had everything one could need, including luxury toiletries. The spa was a great way to relax in the afternoon after a day of walking, visiting museums, exploring and shopping. The breakfast was wonderful with an extensive choice and the breakfast menu was a plus. We also had dinner at The Craft restaurant and it was exquisite. The receptionists were all so professional and friendly and the staff both at breakfast and dinner were so helpful and efficient. A special mention goes to receptionist Anna who helped us with an issue we had regarding a train booking. The architecture and decor of the hotel is stunning ... we just loved it. Finally, we appreciated the high level of housekeeping ... the cleanliness was amazing. A big thank you goes to the Management & Staff for a great time. JESMOND ALFINO from Malta."
