"Had a four night stay here while on a city break to Lisbon and found the hotel to be excellent. It's located near the train station with a metro station nearby and is surrounded by restaurants and bars ranging from small, cheap, and cheerful places to some very high-end establishments. Lot of top designer shops on the same street and it's a short walk to the main tourist squares. The hotel lounge is very comfortable with a well stocked bar and with self service coffee/tea available 24/7. The breakfast is really good and should cater to most. Rooms are a good size with good amenities and nice complimentary toiletries. Throughout our stay, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend."

"Heritage Hotel, Lisbon Heritage is one of those hotels that gives you a warm and cozy feeling when you walk in. It feels authentic to its surroundings and welcoming, while providing the comforts of a modern and updated hotel. Their staff is wonderful, and promptly replies to inquiries. I had told them my daughter and I would arrive at 1 PM and sure enough, our room was ready for us. The location can’t be any better, and I give it a 10/10 for being on the intersection of the bustling Liberdade street and a quaint street dotted with charming cafes and restaurants. It’s quiet and peaceful while being close to the metro and the best shopping area. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy, and the mattresses and bedding provided us with a very good night sleep. Breakfast was included with our booking, and it was a very nice spread. There’s also a tea and coffee station available for guests all day, with some light snacks. I highly recommend Heritage Hotel for anyone traveling to Lisbon and wants to experience excellent accommodations while being in a very central location. I know I would stay there when I go back to Lisbon!"
