"This is easily one of my favorite hotel experiences I have ever had. I was reminiscing on our Lisbon trip recently and realized I never wrote a review. The service is exceptional. I wish I remembered their names but the two women we encountered at the front desk were above and beyond helpful and gave great recommendations. One woman pretty much mapped out our entire first day for us and I don't regret any of the stops. We were only in Lisbon for 2 days so we had limited time. Attention to detail is 10/10, rooms are stylish, clean, and warm. The bar area is a lovely place for a night cap and the breakfast was also 10/10. There is also a very cute courtyard area but it was raining our entire trip so we missed out on that detail. When I return to Lisbon my husband and I will stay no where else!"

Staff all lovely but Isabel at the front desk was incredible and saved the day with her tour, guide and restaurant bookings on my behalf plus her advice and recommendations! Her efficiency professionalism, competency and friendliness made my stay so special!"
