Extremely professional and friendly staff, a perfect, phenomenal breakfast buffet, and a cool swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers! The superbly equipped fitness centre with spa also lived up to expectations! I’d particularly like to mention Vera, Alyanna, Anillo and Raffaela, who made my tennis experience truly special! Mohamed Alaa Sheimi was also brilliant – he looked after us so kindly and perfectly! I’ll definitely be returning to this fantastic hotel and this wonderful country."

"Unfortunately, my experience at the Tea Lounge in the Four Seasons was disappointing. The hostess, Salma, was not welcoming at all and her attitude towards us felt uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. We were repeatedly reminded that we came without a reservation, even though there were available tables and the lounge is open to guests whether they booked or not. A warm and respectful attitude makes a huge difference in hospitality, especially at a place with the reputation of Four Seasons. On the other hand, our waitress Paole was the complete opposite — extremely welcoming, friendly, always smiling, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. She truly deserves recognition and a rating above expectations for her professionalism and kindness. I hope management pays more attention to customer service and the way guests are treated upon arrival."
