"The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the overall vibe feels very luxurious. The beach area is nice too, although it’s a bit on the smaller side. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during the stay that affected the overall experience, and it took several follow-ups before things were sorted out properly. For a hotel at this level, I expected a bit more attention to detail and smoother operations. Breakfast was also a little disappointing, with both the buffet and à la carte options feeling fairly limited compared to other luxury hotels in Doha. The breakfast staff also felt slightly too quick to clear dishes from the table, even while we were still eating, and the hovering nature started to feel a little uncomfortable. On our last day we ended up choosing to have breakfast in the room instead because of this. Overall, the experience didn’t quite live up a Four Seasons stay."

"Beautiful rooms, amazing beach, breakfast is very limited by good quality.. in room dining is average house keeping does superficial work cabinets were dusty.. honestly horrible Staff, the worst I have ever faced being a member never imagined the attitudes I felt like it was a candid camera apparently not ! These people need a lot of training Laughing at the guest ignoring requests no apologies .. I wouldn't recommend staying if you are used to top services the Dafna branch is much better"

"Our family really loves the four Seasons Residence! We already stayed 2 times for over a month each visit.The building and amenities are brand new and perfectly taken care of. The location is top, right at the beachfront and you can walk to the Pearl marina where you find cafes, restaurants and anything you need. It’s super kids friendly and the hotel stuff is absolutely lovely and trying their best to make the stay of the guests as good as possible. Also the Kids Club and the activities they offer for our little ones are great. Specially Rym from the Kids Zone is amazing. She gave us the confidence we needed to trust her taking care of our kids as she works very professionally and as the same time with so much love. We also like the amazing brunch they offer on Fridays. And not to forget the beautiful spa. We will come back every year."

"Tonight we had a reservation at a restaurant in the Four Seasons. We were not staying there so we got a cab there. We arrived and asked reception where the restaurant was, only to find out there were 2 Four Seasons and we were at the wrong one! All of the reception staff were amazing. They phoned the restaurant and asked them to hold our reservation and then booked us a taxi to get us there. All this and we were not even staying there. I wish we were! What fantastic staff. Thank you so much! 😊"
