"Beautiful all—suite hotel. Unfortunately we were there during wartime so occupancy was quite low, many food venues in the hotel were closed. But overall it was a great stay. Room was so comfortable, and we loved the view. The male changing room for the pool was super luxurious. Pool service was posh as well. Overall, a great stay!"

"Had the loveliest afternoon tea at Raffles Doha (Malaki Lounge)🤍 The whole experience felt so elegant from start to finish — beautiful setting, calm atmosphere, and really attentive service. The food was just as impressive, with a great mix of fresh sandwiches, delicate pastries, and the softest, warm scones with cream and jam. Everything was presented perfectly and you could really taste the quality. Such a relaxing and luxurious experience — definitely worth it for a special treat or celebration"

"As a returning guest who previously had positive experiences with Raffles Doha, my recent visit on March 20, 2026 (Suite 1206) raises serious concerns about the hotel’s management and operational standards. I was informed at reception that rooms were available, yet after completing the booking, I was asked to wait 4 hours because the suite was “not ready.” This is not a minor issue — it clearly reflects poor reservation management and lack of coordination between departments. Upon finally accessing the suite, I found a chair with visible stains and poor cleanliness, which is unacceptable, especially for a suite in a hotel of this caliber. The concern here is not a single incident, but the overall picture: • Ineffective management • Lack of quality control • Noticeable decline compared to previous visits This experience does not reflect the brand standards expected from Raffles."

"Just wow! From the moment you enter, it feels incredibly special. The staff make you feel like VIPs. We spent three nights here, ringing in the New Year 2026. The pool area is gorgeous; however, it loses the sun in the afternoon, so we walked over to the Fairmont next door and were able to use their facilities, which was fantastic. The rooms are stunning and very high-tech, from a heated toilet seat that pops up as you approach to choosing the scent you want the room to have. There are Dyson appliances for your hair and even your own bar in the room. It was so impressive. I hope we get to return again one day; it was truly such a special trip."

However, I recently chose to give the hotel another chance during a trip with my friends — and I’m glad I did. This stay was exceptional.
