"The most honest review! Holidays from 03/25/2026-03/15/2026 The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to the sea, shopping center, metro . Also, there is always a taxi near the hotel. The hotel is very nice and cozy. There are fresh flowers in the lobby, the managers are always on site, very polite and will solve any issue! I really liked that the staff speak different languages! Everything is clean and tidy! The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, a huge TV, everything you need is available in the bathroom, slippers and a bathrobe are in place. Daily room cleaning, change of pastel linen, towels and bathrobes as well. We did the cleaning every other day, and everything was fine with us. Water, tea, and coffee are replenished daily. There is a mini bar for a separate price. The room has good sound insulation! The hotel has 3 restaurants, the food is simply beyond praise. I haven't eaten so delicious in a long time, it's impossible to resist desserts! SPECIAL THANKS to the staff who work here! Every employee is polite, smiling, and always helpful. THE MAIN THANKS TO ANASTASIA'S MANAGER !!!!!! Our vacation was escalated and Anastasia helped us a lot 🙏 since we did not know the language , she helped with translation and calls to local companies. I was always in touch, all our requests were fulfilled as quickly as possible. All the staff were understanding, went to the meeting, and I never felt any negativity during the entire period. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at this hotel, it is the best place to relax!!! Time flew by unnoticed and left only a positive impression . There's nothing to find fault with! Well done, guys! "We were two families making a layover in Doha after a vacation in Thailand when the war suddenly broke out as we landed. After spending a full day at the airport, we were given accommodation at W. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for everything you did for us. Your kindness, understanding, and genuine compassion meant more than we can express. At one point, when we were frightened after a missile was intercepted nearby, your staff sat down with our children and played with them, helping to distract them while we adults could gather ourselves. That level of care and humanity is something we will never forget.
