"I stayed at Capella Singapore on April 14 under the name Jaewon Lee, and this was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had. To me, Capella Singapore felt like a hotel that truly represents the essence of hospitality. Many historic luxury hotels are known for excellent service, but sometimes the facilities can feel slightly outdated or less maintained than expected. However, Capella Singapore felt completely different. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained while still preserving the elegance and atmosphere of a place with deep history and character. The overall ambiance of the hotel was beautiful, refined, and peaceful. The moment I entered the pool area, it genuinely felt like being at a luxury resort in Bali rather than in Singapore. Coincidentally, I had just visited Bali before arriving in Singapore, and the stunning three-tier cascading pool immediately reminded me of a high-end Balinese resort experience. The sauna facilities were also outstanding. There was a spa pool inside, and even the amenities provided were of the highest quality. Every detail throughout the hotel felt thoughtfully prepared and carefully maintained. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. As I experienced at other Capella properties, every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The signature Capella hospitality could truly be felt throughout the stay. I would especially like to sincerely thank ERIN PARK, the Korean Duty Manager who personally assisted me during check-in. Among all the Korean hoteliers I have met during my travels, she was one of the kindest and most thoughtful. I visited Singapore as part of my university graduation trip, and she warmly congratulated me and arranged an incredibly wonderful room for my stay. She also kindly told me to contact her anytime if I needed assistance during my visit, and her hospitality genuinely made the trip feel even more special. Everyone has different standards when choosing a hotel, but personally, I always search for hotels that are consistently praised for kindness and hospitality. In that regard, Capella Singapore exceeded every expectation I had. If I visit Singapore again in the future, this will absolutely be my first choice. Thank you once again to ERIN PARK and the entire Capella Singapore team for making such a special moment in my life even more unforgettable. 저는 4월 14일 Jaewon Lee라는 이름으로 Capella Singapore에 투숙했습니다. 이번 숙박은 지금까지 경험했던 호텔들 중에서도 가장 기억에 남는 순간 중 하나였습니다. 카펠라 싱가포르는 제가 생각하는 ‘호텔의 본질’을 가장 잘 보여준 곳이었습니다. 오랜 역사와 전통을 가진 럭셔리 호텔들은 서비스는 훌륭하지만 시설 면에서 약간의 아쉬움을 느끼는 경우도 종종 있었는데, 카펠라 싱가포르는 그런 느낌이 전혀 들지 않을 정도로 모든 공간이 매우 훌륭하게 관리되고 있었습니다. 호텔 전체에서는 유서 깊은 공간 특유의 분위기와 품격이 느껴졌고, 동시에 시설은 매우 세련되고 쾌적했습니다. 특히 수영장은 정말 인상적이었습니다. 공교롭게도 싱가포르 방문 직전 발리를 여행하고 왔는데, 카펠라 싱가포르의 3단 계단식 수영장은 마치 발리의 럭셔리 리조트를 떠올리게 할 정도로 아름다웠습니다. 수영장에 들어서는 순간 싱가포르라는 사실을 잠시 잊을 만큼 훌륭한 휴양지 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 사우나 시설 역시 기대 이상이었습니다. 내부에는 스파 풀이 함께 마련되어 있었고, 기본으로 비치된 어메니티 또한 최고급 수준으로 준비되어 있어 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 곳곳에서 세심하게 관리되고 있다는 느낌을 받을 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 가장 기억에 남는 것은 직원분들의 서비스였습니다. 다른 카펠라 지점들에서 느꼈던 것처럼 직원들은 매우 친절하고 정중했으며, 카펠라만의 세심하고 따뜻한 서비스가 잘 느껴졌습니다. 특히 체크인 당시 직접 응대를 도와주셨던 한국인 듀티 매니저 ERIN PARK님께 진심으로 감사드리고 싶습니다. 지금까지 여러 호텔을 방문하며 많은 한국인 호텔리어분들을 만났지만, 가장 친절했던 분 중 한 분으로 기억에 남을 것 같습니다. 대학 졸업 기념 여행으로 방문했다는 이야기를 들으시고 진심으로 축하해주시며 너무 좋은 객실로 배정해주셨고, 숙박 내내 언제든 도움이 필요하면 편하게 연락하라고 말씀해주시는 모습에서 큰 감동을 받았습니다. 덕분에 오히려 다시 싱가포르 여행을 계획하고 싶어질 정도로 좋은 기억이 남았습니다. 사람마다 호텔을 선택하는 기준은 다르겠지만, 저는 항상 ‘친절한 리뷰가 많은 호텔’을 우선적으로 찾는 편입니다. 그런 의미에서 카펠라 싱가포르는 기대 이상이었고, 앞으로 다시 싱가포르를 방문하게 된다면 가장 먼저 떠올리게 될 호텔이 될 것 같습니다. 특별한 여행과 졸업이라는 순간을 더욱 특별하게 만들어주신 ERIN PARK님과 카펠라 싱가포르 모든 직원분들께 다시 한번 감사드립니다."

"Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in ever. Absolutely stunning hotel & grounds. It’s very quiet and peaceful but we liked that. Breakfast was amazing. House keeping also amazing, we never saw them once. The small gifts on the pillow each night were thoughtful. Service at the pool was great. I honestly have no complaints, except we really did not want to leave.."

"This is one of the best places to stay on earth. We have been returning over and over again. The moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The surrounding is clean, serene, and tranquil. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Camden and his colleagues at the front desk are always ready to attend to us. During our stay, Camden has been checking on us to ensure all our needs are well taken care of. The breakfast spread is fantastic and delicious. Manish even knows what we like based on our previous stay here and daily he will prepare those special juices and fruits for us. He attended to us very well. Kayla from housekeeping keeps our room neat and clean. Even though we request for more water, she will always deliver with a smile. The room is also very quiet throughout our stay. The location is good as it is situated in the middle of Sentosa island. The feeder bus takes us to RWS and Vivo City every 30 mins. Looking at the price we paid for all the good stuff as compare to other pet friendly hotels, this is really value for money. I must thank everyone in Capella for making our stay all these years so memorable. Even my little dog Adara is so happy every time we step into Capella. It is definitely a paradise for her. Looking forward to our next stay soon. My only complain will be my holiday is not long enough to enjoy this best hotel experience in Singapore. AK"
