"Without doubt this was the best hotel I have stayed at my whole life. There is absolutely nothing that could be improved. We stayed for three nights with our son on a short stopover before carrying on elsewhere in the region and I wish our stay had only been longer. The hotel is utterly stunning, breathtaking. The room was spotless and lovely and all the staff were so efficient and friendly. The pool area is something else. I could just stay there forever. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Well placed within walking distance of the main sights of Singapore. The area is bustling but the hotel also feels removed from it. If you have the opportunity - stay here. You will not regret it."

"We booked the PARKROYAL Pickering at the last minute at the end of a long and exhausting trip. We immediately felt looked after as soon as we arrived. Felicia at reception upgraded us to a room with a sofa for our kid, so we could all get a good night's sleep (we were prepared to share the king bed, but separate beds made everyone happy!). She also gave us a late checkout and afternoon access to showers, so we could explore Singapore a bit more and still get cleaned up before our red eye flight on the last day. After that lovely welcome, the rest of the stay allowed us to fully recuperate and relax. Great breakfast, peaceful feeling with all the greenery, wonderful pool. We will definitely be back next time we stay in Singapore."

"The hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the pool area felt a bit small for the number of guests, which made it quite busy and less relaxing at times. Overall, it was still a great experience."
