As a first-time visitor to both Asia and Singapore, the level of care and attention I experienced truly redefined hospitality for me. From the moment I made my reservation, I was met with follow-ups that made me feel genuinely valued even before I arrived. Amelia, in particular, was outstanding. She took such wonderful care of me and my husband, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. I remain incredibly grateful for the warmth and attentiveness she showed us. The team went above and beyond to make my milestone birthday unforgettable an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life. Although I arrived around 10:00 a.m, very early to the check-in time, I was pleasantly surprised to be informed by 11:00 a.m. that my room was ready. Walking in, I was completely overwhelmed, in the best way Ofcourse. The room had been beautifully decorated with balloons, a small cake, and an assortment of canapés. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture, and I was genuinely moved. The room itself offered breathtaking views, just as I had hoped. It was truly the kind that stay with you long after you’ve left. What stood out even more, was when we experienced a minor issue with the electricity and called maintenance, the team resolved it promptly. Shortly after, we received a handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience. That simple, thoughtful act spoke volumes. It was clear throughout our stay that the staff took genuine pride and joy in making each guest’s experience memorable. Their warmth felt authentic, not scripted and that made all the difference. I’m so glad I chose to stay here. And I will absolutely be back because honestly, who wouldn’t want to be this pampered? 😊"

"Part two of our 40th wedding anniversary celebration holiday was a relaxing 8 night stay in a Club Lounge Room. As with our first trip, the staff were wonderful, ensuring we had all our needs met with kindness and care. From check in at the Club Lounge to departing for the airport, we could not have asked for more. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, well supplied with toiletries and towels, thanks to all the wonderful room attendants. The nightly chocolates and bookmarks were a very nice touch too. Laundry staff were great too and it's a joy to receive such beautifully smelling & presented clean clothes. The pool is the best in Singapore (and we have stayed in many different hotels over the years). Plenty of loungers, towels, shade and with access all the way along both sides of the pool - can't be beat. Staff are always clearing loungers or folding towels. They're very friendly, attentive and a credit to the hotel. We are also very touched by & grateful for the anniversary treat and cards. Special thanks to Moira, Violet and all the attentive club lounge staff (unfortunately I didn't get everyone's name) for everything. With special dietary needs, Moira ensured they were met and that all staff were aware. The meals were very tasty! Violet is an absolute delight and it was so wonderful to see her again. She went beyond in ensuring we had full glasses, a great view and good conversations. Shout out to the barman for making the best Singapore Slings! Highly recommend a stay at the Ritz Carlton Millenia Hotel."

"We are returning from 8 days in Singapore which is a wonderful city. Clearly this hotel helped make our visit special. We experienced excellent service and attention to details all-around. The key perks we enjoyed were: the spectacular view of the Marina Bay in the higher rooms, the ideal location of the hotel which is close enough from the Marina bay and the local public transportation network. The service in the hotel is really high-level all around. The amenities are impeccable and well-kept. Breakfast is outstanding. Although we extended our stay vs our initial plan, we could have easily stayed for another week. Honestly as a frequent flyer and globe trotter I struggle to find any major weakness to the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore."
