"This was our second visit to the Ritz Carlton Singapore. Six years ago we were lucky enough to enjoy two nights on a stopover. That stay was memorable and we were keen to revisit that first experience of magnificent Marina views, exceptional service, delightful staff and the most spacious and best equiped room we have ever enjoyed. Having recently been diagnosed as coeliac, I had spent a lot of time researching dining and accommodation options in Singapore, so we confidently booked the Ritz Carlton Millenia for six nights and were thrilled and relieved with our choice. Coming down to breakfast on the first morning, we were introduced to the chef on duty, who duly took me around all the food preparation stations and suggested where I could have dishes made individually to avoid cross contamination. This care and consideration continued throughout our stay and even expanded as we got to know all the different staff involved. So many staff went out of the way to ensure our visit was memorable, but I would like to particularly mention Benedict, a superb Mr. Fix it, Lewis the technology whiz, Hakim with whom I enjoyed an art tour of the R-C collection and then there was Natasha who organised a welcome cake and provided suggestions for other coeliac friendly dining options in Singapore. We were blown away by the exceptional customer service that we enjoyed from every level of staff member during our stay. Thank you Ritz Carlton, we can’t wait to return. Congratulations to management for selection of such a superb team."

"A solo business trip. Rooms was amazing and so well resourced. LOVED the bath overlooking the river! Staff were very friendly. Ate in a few restaurants and everything was delicious. The gym was super clean and had lots of equipment, cardio and weights. The pool was luxury and staff very attentive. Although a work trip, I would bring my family here too."

We stayed in a club room with the Marina Bay View which was spectacular. I couldn’t imagine a better view of the Marina Bay. At night you could view the beautiful light show from the Gardens By the Bay and on the Marina Bay. The Club lounge was beautifully presented and clean and all the staff couldn’t do enough for you. A special thank you to Violet in the Club Lounge whose bubbly personality and wonderful service made the stay very special. Our room was beautiful and a very high standard. Would highly recommend to stay at this hotel and especially a Club Room with the Marina Bay view."
