"My siblings and I held my mother's 90th celebration at Ritz Carlton, Millenia Singapore at Junior Ballroom 1. The venue was beautifully set up. The dinner was sumptuous and well presented. A huge thank you to Foo Kai and his team for their attentiveness and impeccable service! It was a memorable event for my family and guests."

"This is an outstanding hotel by any standard. I reckon to have stayed inover 500 hotels in 51 countires. The situation and view can ve equalled but customer service can not. 'Going the extra mile' seemed to be the service standard, whichever member you encountered. This applied to reception, conciergre. bellmen restaurant and bar staff. Small example. We asked for a taxi to go to Raffles. When staff felt it was taking too long, they organmised a hotel car to take us. On our return journey the taxi driver wanted payment in local currency, which we did not have. The bellman offered to pay the driver himself. The amenities of the hotel are everything you would expect. Prices are reasonable, including the bar, something I have not always found in other Ritz Carlton properties. We only stayed 2 nights. I wish it had been longer. WOrth going to SIngapore just to stay in the hotel. A model for customer service the world over."

Food was top notch Chinese cuisine Spacious and elegant room layout with all the amenities.. and a bathtub with the marina view"

"Este hotel es como mi segunda casa especialmente en SINGAPORE está vez me hospedé en febrero y marzo. Fue mi 45 veces y 46 desde que se abrió el hotel en enero de 1.997 cada año vengo de visita. Every body in the hotel takes care of me, very nice people. Especial mention to Janet and Cristine Especially Analyn who help me find a place to print my 500 envelopes and reassured that she will take care of things while in Phuket. Knowing I’m going to Phuket, she even prepares lotion fo me to use after sunbathing at the beach"
