"The location is unreal. There is no place like W Singapore. It's not just in Sentosa, but in a quaint quiet corner where there's a marina, and a relaxed resort vibe. W Singapore is attached to a small low lying local mall that is sized for the residents. I stayed there with two vouchers. I am very thankful to stay there. The noise level wise is even lower than expected. The service is superb. The rooms are newly renovated. Not W wild but more Edition wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay."

"We just completed a six night stay at the W Singapore and had a lovely time! This property is very well appointed and maintained. We had two rooms - one double and one king; both rooms were spacious, clean, and well-laid out. When we arrived we needed more hangers and they were quickly brought up with no issue. We stayed with children and they loved the daily treats by the pool, which include ice cream/popsicles, popcorn, and s'mores. The pool was a big hit and provided lots of entertainment, especially the slide. My only complaint about our entire stay was that when we went to the pool on Sunday afternoon, there were no pool chairs available - there is still a fair amount of green space, so more chairs could be added. I do understand not wanting to overcrowd the space, but it would be nice if on busy weekend days, there were extra chairs available that could be laid out if needed. Depending on your plans in Singapore will determine how you feel about this location. If you plan to do all the things at Sentosa Resorts World, like Universal Studios, the aquarium, the water park, etc. this hotel is conveniently located and there is a free shuttle bus that will get you to that side of the island. If you plan to go into Singapore proper, there's no great public transportation option (there is public transport, but it requires several transfers), so Grab is the fastest option and can add up quickly. Overall, we loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, the property and rooms are clean and cared for, and we would happily stay here again."

We love the upgraded Suite room, everything feel so new and comfortable. Having visited before, we were pleasantly surprised by how much more family and baby-friendly the hotel has become following the renovation and revamp. The thoughtful enhancements made a significant difference to our experience, and we truly appreciated the attention given to families with young children. One particular moment that impressed us was when we requested extra pillows to block the sides of our bed to prevent our toddlers from falling. Instead of simply providing additional pillows, your team thoughtfully arranged proper baby bed guards for us. This proactive and child-safe solution exceeded our expectations and demonstrated genuine care for your guests. We would also like to extend our compliments to the team at Skirt. During our dining experience, they kindly prepared porridge as requested for our girls, which was greatly appreciated and made our meal much more enjoyable as parents. A special highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the warm-water swimming pool. Our girls absolutely loved spending time there, and it quickly became the favourite part of their holiday. The poolside service crew were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to recognise the crew leader (unfortunately, we did not manage to catch his name) who remembered us and went above and beyond when an unexpected downpour interrupted our poolside meal. His team swiftly packed our food and arranged for it to be sent to our room, ensuring our family remained comfortable despite the weather. We are equally grateful to the poolside crew who were always so willing to help us inflate our children’s floats. Their cheerful assistance made every pool visit easy and enjoyable. Most importantly, our girls thoroughly enjoyed both the room and the swimming experience, creating wonderful family memories that we will cherish. After the girls had settled down for the night and our helper and nanny had headed home, we were even able to enjoy a little couple’s downtime at Woobar. The relaxing atmosphere provided the perfect ending to our days and allowed us to recharge as parents. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making our stay such a memorable one. It is clear that the team takes great pride in delivering exceptional service, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. We look forward to returning again with our family."
