They were very responsive via emails, ensuring all arrangements were well taken care of even days before our check-in. Upon arrival, we appreciated Gabby and her teammates and, Chloe & also JY at the reception for their friendliness and helpfulness. Special mention to B&F Mgr, the jovial Bastiaan - we enjoyed having conversations with him. He is absolutely a sincerest and genuine young boy we have met during our stay. "On the day of our arrival, what truly stood out the most was Daryl the bell boy - he was standing at the hotel entrance, very initiative and helpful with our luggage when we alighted the taxi. His hospitable gesture has made our arrival very pleasant, creating a welcoming first impression. He ushered us to the lift, to the second floor and directed us to the reception. The high-level of care and attention we received from Daryl was the best service we have ever experienced. He really nailed it! 2 thumbs up for him!👍👍 Huge shoutout to Gabby who handled our check-in with professionalism, she went the extra mile to assist us, providing helpful guidance that made the whole process hassle-free. Their thoughtful gestures instantly lifted up our spirits. The room attendants at level 5 were all very friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a cheerful smile, very diligent and kind. Kudos to them!👍👍 Woo Bar was one of our favourite chilling spot for us to relax and unwind ourselves while enjoying great bites and ice cold beers especially after a long day of exploring on Sentosa Island. "A truly memorable stay at the W Sentosa, and much of that credit goes to the exceptional team that made us feel like valued guests throughout. A special shoutout to Ms. Jas at the concierge is an absolute gem who went above and beyond at every turn. Ms. Bella at check-in made our arrival seamless and warm, and Ms. Q at WOO Bar ensured our time there was nothing short of delightful, going out of her way to accommodate our requests with a smile. The rooms were excellent well-appointed and comfortable — and the swimming pool was simply superb. The fact that it's open 24 hours was a huge bonus; we made the most of it and loved every moment. On the transport front, Bus B is a fantastic and convenient option, and the complimentary W shuttle to VivoCity was a real blessing,practical, timely, and much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. The W Sentosa strikes that perfect balance of luxury, warmth, and fun. "I went for the Sunday brunch at the Kitchen Table. and Skirt. I love their spread and the quality of the seafood and the meat. Their selection is always wonderful. Even though I go - I get surprised by their new dishes. I love the mantou and crab, the steak, the lobster, sashimi, prawns, oysters, Indian fare. The list goes on. But the amazing desserts is a treat for the eyes and melts in the mouth"
