As I conclude my stay at the Edition resort, I am filled with thoughts of the prophet Moses and God's remarkable miracle of opening the Red Sea. "Without any doubt, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding attention to detail and genuine care from the team. We would especially like to recognize Sampati Kumar from housekeeping. The way our room was prepared every day was simply remarkable. We always travel with our own neck pillows and usually use hotel pillow covers for them. Sampati Kumar surprised us in the most thoughtful way by arranging custom-made pillow covers specifically for our neck pillows – even embroidered with our initials. Our pillows have been with us in many of the world’s top hotels, but we have never experienced such a personal and attentive gesture. This level of service is truly unique and unforgettable. We would also like to highlight Frances from the beach service. He took exceptional care of us, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and seemed to anticipate our wishes before we even expressed them. As for the hotel itself, it is beautifully embedded within the dunes, offering a very spacious layout and a high level of privacy. We also visited other hotels currently under construction on Shura Island, and in our opinion, The EDITION stands out as truly unique in terms of its location, design, surrounding dunes, and the length and beauty of its beach. The food was excellent and absolutely worth the price. However, as European guests, we would have appreciated a slightly stronger presence of traditional Saudi or Arabic cuisine. We will definitely return."
