"The pampering begins already at the airport, with excellent service and a personalized pick-up in an electric Mercedes. It continues on the boat that takes us to the St. Regis. We are warmly welcomed by the General Manager and his staff. The island and the hotel are a true paradise. Great respect for nature has been shown in the choice of materials, in order to minimize environmental impact. We have a fantastic beach villa that I can highly recommend — in addition to having everything one could wish for in the villa, it features a pool and a lovely sundeck with a sofa and sun loungers leading directly down to the sea and beach. The staff are friendly, professional, and service-minded. We dined at Tilina and Nesma — both serve exquisite food made with the highest-quality ingredients. A special thanks to Andrea Colla for making our stay truly unforgettable — and we must not forget our butler, Ahmed Allamin, who made it even more enjoyable. "Our stay was truly beyond expectations. I traveled with my wife and our 4-year-old son, and from the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in was conducted directly in our villa, which was a wonderful touch. Shortly after, we were introduced to our butler, Allam, who accompanied us throughout our stay. He made everything effortless—always responding to our requests with a cheerful “Of course we can.” His kindness and attentiveness were remarkable; my son became so attached to him in just three days that saying goodbye was genuinely emotional. We spent our evenings at the St. Regis Bar, where Lennon made each visit special with his warm welcome, engaging conversations, and exceptional service—along with some incredible drinks. At the Kids Club, Kawthar did an amazing job entertaining our son and playing with him. He visited twice and couldn’t wait to go back each time! At Nesma Restaurant, the entire team was outstanding. They made us feel like we were visiting their home rather than a restaurant—attentive to every detail and genuinely caring. Fawaz and Khamees were especially kind and hospitable. By the pool and beach, Javed was the cherry on top. He checked on us regularly, brought us refreshments, and even gathered water toys for my son to ensure he was having the best time. Jaber was equally attentive and pleasant, making our beach days even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay at The St. Regis Red Sea was the best experience we’ve ever had. The stunning island, beautifully designed villa, private pool, excellent food, dedicated staff, kids club, and every little detail exceeded our expectations. "We had an excellent four-day stay in a dune villa at St. Regis. The transfer is very smooth, you arrive in a dedicated lounge at the airport from which you are driven in a Mercedes EQS 30minutes to a beach hotel where a boat is waiting for you and other passengers. The boat ride is about 45 minutes. Each party has its own butler, ours (Allam) was just amazingly friendly, pro-active, and service oriented. We enjoyed swims in the lagune, did a nice snorkelling trip, and ate at the Japanese restaurant and the steakhouse that has amazing sunset views. The staff is super friendly and is doing their best to make your stay unforgettable. When we were there, the place was not very busy, few people at the beach and at the restaurants, and a very quiet atmosphere. Expensive, but worth the money."
