"Having now spent just over two weeks of what will be a month-long stay at Fairmont Ramla Riyadh hotel apartments, I felt it was only right to write a mid-stay review before I post a final review at the end of my visit. So far, my experience has been exceptional. The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and genuinely feels like a home away from home. The facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere throughout the property reflects the luxury and professionalism you would expect from the Fairmont brand. However, what truly sets Fairmont Ramla apart is its people. Every single day, I am greeted with genuine smiles, warmth and hospitality that make you feel less like a hotel guest and more like part of the Fairmont family. It's the little things and the attention to detail that make all the difference. A huge thank you to the entire Jones the Grocer breakfast team, led by the excellent Georges. Every morning starts with a warm welcome from Muntaha and Faisal and Abdullah and team whose smiles immediately brighten the day. Special recognition has to go to my "top three" - Abdullah, Partho and Muhammad Emran. These gentlemen have looked after me every single morning with outstanding service. They remember exactly what I like without me having to ask. Every day they prepare my fresh ginger and lemon shots with double espresso before I've even sat down, which is such a thoughtful touch and demonstrates just how much they genuinely care about their guests. It's this level of personal service that you rarely experience. John and his kitchen team consistently prepare excellent eggs every morning, and I'd also like to thank Imran, Jesone, Hasib, Mohammad, Abdulrahim, Rayan and everyone else on the breakfast team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere each day. Mohammad Imran has also been incredibly helpful throughout my stay, as has Mr Umer. One moment that perfectly sums up the culture here was when Muntaha noticed I needed some chewing gum and, without hesitation, offered some from her own bag. It's a small gesture, but one that speaks volumes about the kindness and genuine hospitality of the people working here. The reception and front office team have also been outstanding. Thank you to Renad, Othman, Sayfuddin, Nasser and Turki for always being friendly, professional and willing to help with any request. The concierge and front door team, including Ayyam, Abdulmajeed and the Pakistani gentlemen whose names I unfortunately didn't manage to catch, always greet guests warmly and are a pleasure to interact with. The housekeeping team also deserves enormous credit. My apartment is maintained to an exceptionally high standard every single day. My floor is normally cleaned by Taufeeq, Mahbur, moteleb and Marcos. A special thank you to Hafeez Khan, who leads the housekeeping team, together withArvind and shaboos khan, Mohammad Arshad and another Pakistani gentleman whose name I sadly didn't catch. When they discovered I was staying for an extended period, they surprised me by placing fresh flowers in my apartment on two separate occasions. It was such a thoughtful gesture that genuinely made my day and perfectly reflects the attention to detail and hospitality that exists throughout the hotel. The wellness facilities are also very good. While the gym is on the smaller side, it has everything needed for an effective workout, and the sauna and steam room are both excellent and very well maintained. Apologies to anyone whose name I may have unintentionally missed. Every member of staff I've interacted with has been courteous, professional and eager to help. Next week, Insha'Allah, my wife and children will be arriving to join me for the remainder of our stay, and we're all looking forward to continuing what has already been an exceptional experience. The food was very delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. The decoration was beautiful and created a perfect Ramadan atmosphere. The setup was elegant and well organized. A very special thanks to Mr. Babul and his team for their outstanding service. They were extremely professional, caring, and attentive to our entire group. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the evening. The level of service was truly top-class and luxurious.
