The 35th Floor Lounge offers a breathtaking view of the capital city of Riyadh—you can enjoy a full panoramic skyline, which makes the experience unforgettable. The gym and swimming pool areas are also very well maintained and add great value to the stay. Most especially, the service at the lounge was exceptional. Mr. Babul provided excellent service with a very warm and friendly welcome. He took great care of my table, was extremely attentive, and shared many wonderful details about the hotel. "Excellent hotel for families starting from professional staff at reception led by (Lola) very welcoming and professional,very well equipped and furnished apartment with very high quality amenities, three master bedrooms apartment with fully equipped kitchen very nice living room and a dining table dishwasher and a washing machine a small multi use room with a bathroom,very comfortable beds and a professional housekeeping"

"The hotel is modern, actually is Residence hotel, so you have kitchen and other facilities. The staff is well prepared, cleaning is perfect. The problem now a lot of construction around, so it’s a little bit noisy from early in the morning. Another curious thing: as I had vouchers for Welcome during they offered me to use it …. either in the hotel lobby or in the room. So, not in the cafeteria at ground floor (which is also Gourmet boutique at the same time), but just in the lobby hall. Of course, as any alcohol drinks are forbidden, the choice of welcome drink is just tea/coffee, couple of juices or water/Coke/Pepsi. In general it’s comfortable for business stay or to stay with family."
