"Fantastic stay. Very well located, in a trendy spot, close to great restaurants, although their own restaurant also offered excellent fare. Friendly and welcoming and professional staff. The only challenge I experienced was not having quite enough room to put away my stuff - the rooms were beautifully designed but not very practical in just that one detail. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you to the wonderful staff!"

"Can't say enough good things about The Hyde Johannesburg Rosebank. My mom and I went on our South African trip to celebrate our two and three year anniversary of being cancer-free and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, like part of the family. They were there whenever we needed them. Huge shout out to Tamara and Tivo and just the entire staff. I'm sorry I can't remember the names of everyone who helped, there were just too many. But every single staff member made us feel like family. When I needed a doctor, they got one to come to the hotel at 2 in the morning and checked in on us every day even after we checked out. The rooms were also beautiful and very spacious. The area itself felt very safe and had a bunch of shops and restaurants close by. But it is the staff that makes this place worth ten stars."
