"Hotel location was excellent, just near Rosebank mall with lots of eateries and shops nearby. Hotel staff were excellent in meeting requests ( safari tour, airport transfers, etc). Rooms were clean and fairly large. Not a fan of having toilet and bathroom as separate rooms though. Breakfast had limited selections especially if you are staying for a few days."

"Cynthia is an excellent host from start. Bright, welcoming, confident, pleasant, respectful, competent, attentive, responsive, and interacts well with guests. Cynthia and her young, energetic team are impressive for hospitality they provide. They care by repeatedly asking about my stay, daily activities, and offer help when needed. They seem easy going, light spirited, fun to be with. Room is clean, fresh, stylish, modern, and comfortable. Personal care products in bathroom are of high quality. Quality coffee and tea supplies are more than adequate for several days. For environment sustainability, filtered water for drinking comes in tall glass bottle and can be replenished on request. Located within enclave with visible private security personnel stationed at various points, fairly wide, quality retail including Woolworths, and F&B options. Thank all for being lovely hosts.
