"This was my second stay at the JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul, and it reinforced why I would gladly return anytime I'm in Seoul. From the moment I arrived, the hotel delivered an exceptional experience in every aspect. The location is outstanding, with convenient access to shopping, dining, cultural attractions, and public transportation. The property itself is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and offers excellent amenities that make it easy to relax and enjoy your stay. The Executive Lounge is one of the best I've experienced, with a beautiful setting, attentive service, and an excellent selection of food and beverages throughout the day. The breakfast was equally impressive, featuring an incredible variety of high-quality offerings, with options to suit virtually every taste. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The service was consistently warm, professional, and genuine throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize Roy at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Many thanks as well to Wona in Concierge Services for her helpful recommendations and assistance, and to Noah, Tony, and David at the entrance for their welcoming attitude and exceptional service each day. The combination of a prime location, immaculate facilities, outstanding food and beverage offerings, and truly world-class service makes this one of my favorite Marriott properties anywhere in the world. "Exceptional customer service. Very welcoming reception/check in staff, always available to provide assistance. Made my birthday a memorable time. Rooms were large and always freshly cleaned. In the heart of shopping malls. Hop on hop off bus service close by. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer in room. Dining facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay here again,"

"Breakfast at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant Tavolo 24 costs 60,500 KRW (equivalent to RMB 268). While the buffet is split into various food stations, none of the dishes stand out, and the ice cream lacks a rich, creamy texture. The restaurant’s overall service is mediocre and fails to meet the meticulous service standards expected of an international JW Marriott property. That said, two staff members delivered truly exceptional service and greatly elevated my stay experience. The gentleman preparing made-to-order Vietnamese pho was attentive and professional, and I would also like to highly commend doorman David. David is consistently welcoming, thoughtful and always wears a warm smile; his friendly, caring attitude made every arrival and departure pleasant."
