"This place was awesome! The service was outstanding...thanks Oscar! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel...both delicious! Drinks at the rooftop bar were great. The Long Island Tea is a must! Unfortunately we were only there for one night. I would have loved to try the spa! PS- the shampoo and body wash smelled so good! Definitely recommend!"

"Great stay overall at Claris Hotel & Spa in Barcelona. The location is fantastic, we booked to be close to the start of the Marathon, very central and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many great restaurants, shops and major sights are just a short walk away. Service was truly extraordinary. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout the stay. As a Hilton Diamond member, I also really appreciated the early check-in benefit, which made arrival much smoother after traveling. The only downside was the Superior room, which felt a bit outdated compared to what you might expect from a luxury hotel. It was comfortable and clean, but the design and furnishings could use a refresh. That said, the excellent service and unbeatable location made the stay very enjoyable and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the city center, surrounded by restaurants and shops — making it incredibly convenient for exploring. What truly sets this property apart, however, is its unique architecture and beautifully curated interior design. It feels like a hidden gem, with thoughtful attention to every detail — from the evening chocolate service to the elegant handwritten notes placed around the room. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Ornella and Eric at reception were especially welcoming, but every member of the team was attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures: a rose in the room, a fully complimentary minibar, luxurious amenities, and even a hair iron — something I’ve never encountered in any other hotel. If we return to Barcelona, this will undoubtedly be our home away from home. I cannot recommend it highly enough — a truly five-star experience in every sense."
