"The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I have never met such polite, kind humans. Barcelona, Spain has definitely left its mark on me. The majestic hotel has a wonderful crew of people and the best hospitality service I’ve ever experienced that a five star hotel. The hotels breakfast is a must. Ani was so accommodating! He has been nothing but a delight. The food was phenomenal!"

"Overall this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is elegant without feeling stodgy. It has an energy but not crazy. All of the staff I interacted with were great - friendly, helpful and nice. I ate at the rooftop terrace (great views of the city) and at SOLC. The waitstaff there was over the top, great recommendations and service. I highly recommend both. And, breakfast was also very good. A nice combination of buffet and à la carte. Again, just a great experience. The only thing I’d say is expect a bit of a wait at the bars (rooftop and main lobby). Maybe it’s what I’m used to in the US, but it seemed service was just a bit slow - slow to get a drink, to see about another round as well as getting the check. The drinks were outstanding as were the wait staff, I guess it took me a bit to get used to this. It was NOT poor service just a slower pace. Again, perhaps that’s Spain and I’m used to a different flow in the US. Just something to take into account if you have to be somewhere or have something scheduled (like a dinner reservation). Again, I can’t say enough about the Majestic Barcelona. I hope to stay again and highly recommend it. I hope to find other cha Cres to use the brand in other parts of the world."
