"We had a wonderful stay at The Serras Barcelona. The hotel is beautifully designed and feels intimate and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The location right by the marina is perfect, and the service was exceptional—every staff member went out of their way to make us feel taken care of. Our room was elegant and comfortable, and we especially loved the rooftop views. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we dined twice in the restaruant for dinner. Try the Papas Bravas! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a boutique luxury experience in Barcelona."

"I’m not someone who hands out glowing reviews easily, but Serras Barcelona completely won me over. We stayed for two nights with our family, and from the moment we walked through the door, we felt genuinely cared for — as if we were the only guests in the hotel. The front desk team was exceptional: attentive without being intrusive, always one step ahead of our needs, and incredibly kind. When my son needed medication in the middle of the night, they went out of their way to arrange a car at 3 a.m. without hesitation. The bar and restaurant staff were just as impressive. They were warm, thoughtful, and consistently attentive, offering great recommendations and greeting us by name. Every detail felt intentional and personal. From my first email before arrival to the moment we checked out, every single staff member made us feel welcome and valued. Serras Barcelona is truly a remarkable hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona near the marina. It has set the standard incredibly high for any hotel we stay at in the future. "Amazing location close to everything a family might want to see. Wonderful room with great amenities and a very helpful concierge who was always more than happy to provide great suggestions, get reservations for us for dinner and always be mindful of the family when doing so. Traveling with two small boys (4 and 5) is never easy, but the staff especially Sandra, an exceptional member of their team went so above and beyond to make then feel warmly welcome and taken care of that they genuinely missed her when we checked out. As for us I’m not sure what we will miss more, Barcelona the city, or our lovely experience at the hotel!"
