"Great rooftop to have drinks with friends. Stunning view of Barcelona and great cocktails with nice nonalcoholic options. Our waiter (I think his name was Dam, a dutch young gentleman) was very welcoming and kindly refilled our snacks and kept an eye on our glasses ;). I highly recommend even in march!"

"I had an excellent memorable stay at the Barcelona Edition. First impressions are always important. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member who has stayed at many hotels around the world, the staff at this hotel takes the prize in the guest experience category. A huge shout out to Shaina and Ainara from the Front Desk who made my check-in a seamless and comfortable process. Shaina went above and beyond her call of duty to assist with an early check-in request. She and her colleagues from the Guest Experience Team never failed to follow up and respond with any requests during my stay, no matter how minor. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast menu served à la carte in the lobby restaurant. The staff there were exceedingly helpful and polite. I enjoyed using the fitness center. Though small in size, the range of modern TechnoGym equipment was more than adequate. The only setback worth mentioning for room 812 was the wash basin in the bathroom which did not drain well. The issue was brought to the hotel engineering team’s attention but it did not improve at the end of my four-nights stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Barcelona Edition for its exceptional guest service and convenient location. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the gorgeous rooftop bar/lounge which offers a great view of Barcelona and a wonderful atmosphere to chill and relax."

"I have stayed in many hotels in Barcelona as I find myself there at least once a year. Three years ago I tried the Barcelona Edition and that was the end of my quest for the perfect Barcelona Hotel. The staff is young, beautiful and well trained to provide the best possible guest experience. They are all seemless in the way they do things. If you require extra pillows they quickly appear. All the restaurant servers and hostesses are efficient, and nothing is a problem for them. The front desk staff, the lovely guest service lady, valets and concierge are also perfection. If you need a taxi for a certain time, it’s there. If you have Bonvoy status, unlike some Marriott properties, the Barcelona Edition honors status to the highest levels. They provide room upgrades, late checkouts, gifts and all other status perks. The staff makes you feel very, very special. This outstanding property is my favorite among all Marriott properties. You would be lucky to have a stay here. Enjoy their great location, parking services, Punch Room, Restaurant and Roof Top. The rooms are elegant and modern. The staff could be employed in any great hotel in the world."

Maria at the front desk was phenomenal from the moment we arrived. Check-in was seamless, her attention to detail was superb, and she handled a reservation change effortlessly and without hesitation. She was always smiling, polite, and genuinely welcoming. Every time we returned to the hotel, she greeted us and asked about our day, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Rodrigo, the concierge, was equally exceptional. He expertly helped us navigate the train system, printed our schedule for a day trip to Sitges, and secured excellent dinner reservations throughout Barcelona. His knowledge of restaurants, locations, and logistics was impressive, and he always took time to answer questions. Most importantly, he showed genuine interest in our experience—always asking about our day with a smile. Beautiful hotel, incredible location, and service that consistently exceeded expectations. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."
