"From start to finish our experience was 10/10! It was my sister’s birthday during our stay and the hotel staff did a wonderful job. Laura your super star guest services assisted us most days and guided us where the best spots were and how best to get to them. She is a true gem to your brand. We have stayed in many hotels in London & across EU and she deserves a mention! What a lady! Location was perfect, the room was sensational & the pool was just right. Food / Drinks were pricey but you get what you pay for and they was very very good ☺️ We did venture out most evenings for meals and roof top bars but there’s plenty about and a Starbucks on the corner what’s a hit as we didn’t opt for B&B. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers, would say it’s more of an adults only mind you. Please don’t let me forget both young boys who were lifeguarding round the pool, they were both amazing and though out the afternoon checked up on us and made sure we had drinks by our side! "The location is excellent of this hotel, within walking distance of lots of must see places. The hotel itself is really well appointed and has similar vibes to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The décor is modern and classy, the shower especially lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The toiletries are high end and generous takeaway sizes. Water was free throughout our stay. The rooftop pool is so calm and a lovely place to spend a few hours. We would absolutely rebook and visit Madrid again. Great city."

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights the rooms are beautifully decorated . We had a spacious room on the 11th floor with great views onto the Plaza . Unfortunately on the first evening I could not sleep due to the loud music from the sky bar until early hours of the morning. This was unexpected and I phoned the reception to complain not something I would normally do.The next morning the duty manager contacted us to apologise and offer us an upgrade where the noise level would be better . We thanked him but said it was not necessary he persisted that he wanted us to have the stay we should and they moved us to their best room . The views are stunning ,we could see the Palace & beyond . We really appreciated the pride he took in his role & the hotel wanting to ensure the guests had the best stay possible ."
