"This hotel truly saved our trip! We arrived in Mallorca in the evening and went to our Airbnb, only to discover that it was awful. We had previously stayed at another Aethos property and loved the experience, so we immediately reached out to Aethos. They were able to accommodate our family of five with two rooms, even though we didn’t arrive until midnight, and they took wonderful care of us for the rest of our trip. The views from the hotel and pool are absolutely stunning. There is plenty of space around the pool, and while the beach below can get crowded, my kids absolutely loved it. There are also quieter beaches within walking distance, which was a great option. The buffet breakfast was excellent, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. After a stressful start to our Mallorca trip, Aethos completely turned things around for us. We were so grateful to have found this hotel!"

"The hotel’s sea view is stunning and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this category. Our experience during check-out was particularly disappointing. The receptionist asked my husband for a tip and made it seem as though it was expected or even mandatory. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Gratuities should always be optional and reflect the quality of the service provided. On the morning of our departure, we received several phone calls to our room starting around 10:30 a.m., repeatedly reminding us that check-out was at 12:00 p.m. We were already aware of the check-out time, so the repeated calls were unnecessary and made us feel rushed to leave before our scheduled departure. In addition, the receptionist’s behavior toward my husband felt unprofessional and inappropriate. Her attitude and actions made him uncomfortable, and he was left confused about her intentions. This is not the level of professionalism guests should experience. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel is let down by poor customer service. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously, improves staff training, and ensures that future guests are treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect."
