We simply wanted to have a quick look at the property to get a feel for the atmosphere. However, we were flat-out denied entry at the gate. True luxury is not just about exclusivity and stone walls. It’s about warmth, flexibility, and understanding the value of potential guests. Sadly, Cap Rocat seems to miss that point entirely. "My husband and I stayed at Cap Rocat for 3 nights at the beginning of our 8 night stay in Mallorca. We also stayed at the Four Seasons and La Residencia during our trip and both agree that Cap Rocat blew these other properties away. The staff was extremely friendly but not overbearing and the property was beautiful. The head concierge Sebastian, in particular, was a standout. He recommended we stop at a great winery that we never would have found on our way to the Four Seasons and gave us suggestions on few other highlights around the island for the remainder of our stay. I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel - probably my favorite I’ve ever been to."
