"I stayed here with friends during a short trip to Palma and would 100% recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be returning myself in the future. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of the city centre. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, making it ideal for a city break. One of the highlights was the incredible rooftop infinity pool, complete with a bar/restaurant area where you can relax and enjoy the views. There’s also an indoor pool, and while the gym is fully equipped. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely attentive to guests’ needs. Special compliments go to the reception team, who were amazing always welcoming us warmly and offering helpful advice on restaurant reservations and activities to book. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with high-quality ingredients in both the buffet and the à la carte options. There was a great variety to choose from, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. A nice added touch was the Le Labo toiletries in the bathroom, which felt luxurious and really elevated the overall experience. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Palma and would highly recommend this hotel to any"

I’ve said before if you remember staff names you have had great service and experience and this trip was one of them…… Sol and Claudia were amazing on the front desk, they arranged places to visit and restaurants to eat, one day they spent hours trying to get us a table in a restaurant and I was so happy to get a table after all their efforts!! Well done star and Sunshine for giving me and my wife great service … hotel was amazing and breakfast staff and food to rooftop was perfect, I want to come here again. ."

"This is a wonderful little boutique hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are compact but everything we needed was there. It is clean and relatively new. We enjoy a wonderful supper at the hotel our first night! The breakfast had a cold buffet and a menu of hot options. I loved there scrambled eggs on avocado toast. They had a good selection of wines for a night cap as well. The roof top was a wonderful spot to relax any time of the day. It was a bit cool to use the pool but I am sure it will be well used in the summer months. We had a great four day stay."
