"From the moment you check in with 3 very small kids the way they welcome and care for children is truly exceptional. Thoughtful surprises, warm gestures, and genuine attention make families feel instantly at home without ever losing the hotel’s serene, elevated atmosphere. The rooms are stunning, the vibe relaxed yet luxurious, and the food consistently excellent especially the sushi-Peruvian restaurant, which is crazy good and an absolute must. A destination where both adults and kids can truly unwind, explore, and enjoy every detail. A place that stays with you long after you leave."

"Great service from booking to airport pick up to departure. Nothing to be found fault with at all! A great helpful staff and team. Great new rooms and baths, typical of a new Four Seasons… value well you get what you pay for! The hotel is located a little on its own, not really many places you can walk too and the beach is not a private one. That was not really an issue for us, the only problem where a lot of wasps when you were going to eat outside and that made one lunch a disaster, they need to fix this for next Summer!"

Stunning beach. The bike ride locally was wonderful. But above all the staff went above and beyond. A 6* service with all staff which made the hotel stay so meaningful"

"The Four Seasons resorts aim for perfection, and the Mallorca resort at Formentor is no exception. We are a family of four adults and a toddler and infant, and we were always warmly welcomed and accommodated through restaurant meals, upset tummies, and little gifts and surprises. The views are spectacular, the food is over the top delicious, and the beach is spacious. Our only regret is that the resort sits at the bottom of a twisty mountain road that doesn't make you want to leave the resort to visit Pollenca or other nearby towns. There is a boat shuttle in the evening, but weather didn't permit it to launch during our visit. So, you mostly do the relax/beach/eat/spa thing, and nothing wrong with that! We loved the staff and the peace of Formentor."

"We've just enjoyed a fantastic three night break at this gorgeous new hotel. Having visited Formentor beach before, we knew we'd have access to one of the loveliest beaches in Majorca (actually in the whole mediterranean - incredible views; perfect pink sand; warm crystal clear sea; over-hanging pine trees), but to connect that to such a beautifully appointed hotel with such lovely attentive staff makes for a blissful combination. Being able to enjoy comfortable sun beds on that beach, with access to bar staff and facilities, is a real treat. Although the beach can get busy, you can always retreat to the more peaceful haven of the beautiful hotel pools. We felt very lucky to be there. The rooms are fantastic - the usual comfortable FS beds, great lighting, incredible views of the bay and mountains beyond from our fourth floor room - and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, helpful and efficient. We had three great meals - one at Shima (fantastic Japanese food) and two at Mel (great, fresh, fish of the day). Not cheap but worth it."
