"This hotel is centrally located in Seville and is close to all major attractions within walking distance. From the Plaza de Esapaña to the Jardines de Murillo and all the flamenco shows and tapas bodegas, you can walk to them all. The staff provided impeccable service. They went above and beyond. The rooftop bar with the pool offered an incredible view of the city and the cathedral. The rooms were clean and the AC was by far the best we’ve had. We also had a balcony overlooking the square. There is a lot of construction outside of the hotel currently, but that did not bother us from enjoying the hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel seemed nice, rooftop and rooms were modern. However, 2 out of 3 elevators were out of service and they ran very slow to begin with. The real issue is that the building next to the hotel is undergoing major construction. Every morning we would be woken by jackhammering starting at 7am, which continued to occur from 7am-2pm every day. If you plan to get up at 6:45am every day and spend no time in your room I guess it wouldn’t be a problem. The did nothing to accommodate and multiple guests had complaints. Would not stay here until the construction next door is concluded."

"Well Located in the Centre of the city Excellent staff Whole Hotel had a great smell (it appeared to be an Orange scent) Lovely room well kept and clean. Coffee in room and Water (greatly appreciated) Roof top Terrace excellent and great place for a View of the City, Lovely in the evening as the sun went down seeing the Cathedral light up. Food excellent , we ordered at the bar on the roof, staff very attentive and excellnt service."

"Monday morning woken up by loud construction noises from the next building. Staff claimed they didn’t know when construction was happening, so they couldn’t have told us in advance to anticipate being woken up by loud banging. We were then moved to another room which was away from the noise but then the air conditioning was not working. Staff gave several conflicting statements about why it was not working, and in the end we were given a small fan to try and cool the room down. Needless to say that was ineffective and thankfully it was our last night in Seville."

"Well located hotel within walking distance of the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Many rooms have a view of the cathedral. Great breakfast buffet on the second floor with options to order eggs made to order, waffles, or pancakes. Small rooftop pool and bar offer a great view of the city."
