The seven-floor structure sits on the Calle Tetuán, one of the city's principal commercial arteries, its street-level transparency giving way to an increasingly residential rhythm as the floors rise toward the rooftop pool, where yellow and green geometric tilework around the water's edge acknowledges Seville's deep ceramic tradition against a panorama of terracotta rooftops.
