"Perfect hotel for Sevilla. In the old town steps from the cathedral with a Haagen Dazs shop out the front door. What’s not to like? I’ve stayed in many,many hotels and this one wins on every point. I’ve learned that staying in nicer hotels lets me sleep and relax better - resulting in a better trip. Quiet, new, clean - beds were fantastic, linen’s soft, and shower that should be illegal. The rain shower was an 18” square panel that dumped water on you - just fabulous! Large room, for Europe, with good elevators and a roof bar with amazing views of the city We never had breakfast there as there were many coffee shops within a block of the hotel Very helpful staff who directed us to a flamenco dinner theater experience that was first rate. One of the things I wanted to see was REAL flamenco and we were impressed! Just a couple of blocks to the river,the tower and everything else - location was great. We never needed a car or even a taxi as we were able to walk everywhere using the hotel as the center of our adventure"

"We checked in after a train ride and we’re met with great hospitality and with little or no trouble we went up to our room. We had a beautiful balcony upgrade with a spectacular view. What we didn’t notice was the construction right behind the bedroom wall, which started at five in the morning and afforded us little or no sleep as we were on Spain time and got in late expecting to sleep in upon our complaint they moved our room and strangely appeared puzzled at what could’ve been pounding on the wall while they knew all along the staff was quite sour after that because I had asked for that night to be complementary or at least half of it. They promised a manager call none ever came just a Curt email saying too bad so sad."

"Our 6 nights in this hotel were delightful. It's wonderfully located with the Cathedral and Real Alcazar a short walk away. It also has a beautiful roof terrace with splendid views; it's a very pleasant place to relax, enjoy a snack, and watch the sunset. Our room was extremely quiet, and the shower and jacuzzi bath were great! We opted to have our evening meal at the hotel on two occasions and were really impressed. I particularly enjoyed grazing at breakfast - the selection on the buffet was interesting and full of local produce. What really sets this hotel apart from so many that we've stayed in is the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and pleasant, keen to make our stay extra special. I would look forward to returning to this lovely hotel."
