"Only YOU Hotel Valencia is not only a state of the art hotel inside and out, its staff is even more outstanding. The moment you step in, the staff is ready to take care of guests with a smile and very proactive attitude. Yassine, Mario and Ana Maria at reception were always very happy to help and were great with my daughter. Jose Enrique was also everywhere, greeting us at Reception and at Breakfast with such a vibe and energy. He gift my daughter a beautiful stuffed animal (a Panda) that my daughter loved!! It made her day! As well as Ruggero, the Barista form Chile at Breakfast. Honestly, one of the best experiences we've had as a family in a hotel. They were happy to accommodate us and even cleaned the baby bottles for me-- (thank you, Caty). Definitely coming back here! Thank you , everyone!!!"

"We had an excellent experience at the ONLY YOU Valencia hotel. We booked our visit based on prior reviews and the hotel was better than the initial reviews. From the moment we arrived until our departure every employee was extremely friendly and helpful. The Bellman assisted us with our baggage and had a great sense of humor. The young lady that checked us in made us feel welcome and had a very nice smile. She made dinner reservations for us and remembered my name upon every visit to the front desk. The bartenders were very attentive and offered some great drink options. I came downstairs for coffee early this morning and the front desk person was extremely hospitable. On top of the impeccable service levels, the guest room was very clean and had very nice amenities. This hotel truly understands the importance of hospitality and treating every guest with care and personalized attention. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"
