"A really lovely hotel, well located. Loved to decor and rooms well furnished (bathroom had hair straighteners!). A really extensive breakfast, with eggs cooked to order. Gluten free cereals , croissants and cakes for my coeliac daughter (and bread but it was not the best)."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in by far. The customer service was out of this world. Every single member of staff encountered were exemplary. So friendly and helpful and they could not do more for us. From arrival where Veronika gave detailed information about locations to go, recommendations for beach area, best restaurants to just being such a lovely person. Can’t rate her highly enough. The booking in process was smooth as expected, the room was amazing and had everything and more that would want. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was nothing more than sensational, with an amazing coffee bar with coffee made to order. Egg style station with fresh omelets and egg Benedict made to order. Great selection with everything you could wish for. The location was brilliant with main places easily walking distance. Rodrigo went out of his way to secure us a seat in the hotel room for the football, and was super friendly and nice. Jose Enrique was everything I was expecting after reading previous reviews. He made stay very special with lots of little touches including sending up cake and champagne for birthday and rose for my partner in the morning. Exceptional man. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. I’ve been all over the world, and this hotel for look, location, customer service and food is probably made it rank number 1. If you get the opportunity you have to stay at this place. And great value considering you get 5 star experience"

"OLA From the moment I arrived until I left I felt Honored to to stay At Only You Hotel in Valance ,Spain. Honestly one of the best Hotels i ever stayed at in Europe. The Hotel was clean and comfortable and great Atmosphere. Room was large and Beautifully Decorated and Air conditioning worked well The maid service was amazing . Customer Service was impressive and The Staff went out of their way to help me at the front desk .Bar was inviting and great Drinks and super guys Staff was Friendly and I felt like Family since I stayed there for Two weeks . Breakfast was Delicious and consistent Every day Coffee was incredible and out of this world and Hotel Staff Room service was outstanding also Dining experience was excellent Special mentions of staff Yassine ,,Rodrigo Rocca ,Anastasia ,Veronica Solaro , ,Mairo Gorzalez ,Angela ,Jessica , So many more that I did not mention.
