"Had a fabulous 3 nights staying in this hotel, beautiful room which was comfortable, clean and welcoming after a long day exploring Valencia. Superb location with easy access to everything we needed. Quiet too even though so central. Enjoyed the roof terrace and the peace of the pool etc. Will definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel, very central. Building and decor is just absolutely gorgeous. All rooms and rooftop very beautiful. Now, service is not accordinging to the hotel. When you pay premium you can’t have youngsters with no training serving people (at lunch we had several incidences) and also at check out with ver inconsistent service and no professional as you should have (concierge interrupted our check out to talk to a colleague for 5’). You need to fix this to get to the desired outcome."

"We normally stay at Marriott hotels out of brand loyalty and particularly like the Autograph brand. While Palacio Santa Clara has many positive qualities, it was not among my favorite hotels. The positives are wonderful staff, specifically Juan at reception and Geyser and Idaliys (sp?) at breakfast. The location is perfect! But the style of the hotel felt dreary and museum like to us. The furniture in the breakfast area was just uncomfortable (very low chairs even for people of average height). I used my 5 nightly upgrade awards and was so disappointed by the corner room we occupied. It was so small and the bathroom had no storage space whatsoever. Do not waste your suite upgrades here! If we were to return to València, we would probably choose another property."
